Updating organization details
If your business has changed its INN (taxpayer ID), legal status, or other information, make sure to update it in Yandex 360.
Organization details are part of the contract, so updating them involves a few formal steps:
- A new contract will be created with a new number. The old contract will be terminated.
- The balance is tied to the contract, so after the details are updated, the new balance will be RUB 0. Funds cannot be transferred — a refund request must be submitted instead.
After updating the details, you'll receive two packages of closing documents at the end of the reporting period: one for the old contract and one for the new one.
Details can only be updated if the balance is positive
If your organization has an outstanding balance, please clear it first.
