Change the company owner

By default, the owner of the company in Yandex 360 for Business is the person who created it. They are also considered the owner of all domains linked to the company.

The owner can transfer their ownership to another company employee. How to add an employee.

  1. Log in to the company administrator account.

  2. Go to the page Company profile

  3. In the Owner's account field, click Change.

  4. Enter the email address of the new owner and click Next.

  5. Click Change owner to confirm the action.

The former owner will retain administrator rights but will no longer be considered the owner of the company and linked domains, which means that they won't be able to restore their ownership rights on their own.

Restore access to the company if you lose your account

If you lose access to the company owner's account, you can try to restore it yourself. You can find solutions in the Access problems section.
