Employees
To start working together in Yandex 360 for Business, add employees to your company.
If the company has a connected domain, you can create accounts manually or upload them as a list. You can manage your company domain accounts: set account passwords, change personal data of employees, block accounts, add and delete email aliases.
If you don't have a domain, you can add users who have personal Yandex accounts. To do this, send each user an invitation link. The only thing you can do with invited accounts is delete them, such as when an employee leaves the company.

Upload a list of employees
If you need to add a large number of domain accounts for the company, you can download the CSV file template, populate it with employee data, and then upload it. You can add up to 20,000 employees this way. How to upload a list
Invite employees
You can invite users to join your company with their Yandex accounts. There's no need to connect a mail domain for this. You can't edit or block the accounts of invited employees. You can only remove them, such as when an employee leaves the company. How to invite users
For invited employees, you can set up single sign-on access to Yandex 360 services. This way, they won't have to remember a new username and password. How to set up SSO
How to find an employee and view their data
Open the page Users and enter the first name, last name, or email address of the employee in the search box.
To view information about the employee, click the row with their name. The employee's card will open. There you can view:

Employee's contact and personal information.

Departments and groups the employee belongs to.

How to edit employee data
You can edit the data of employees who have accounts on the company domain. Follow these steps:

Open the company account.

In the left menu, select Users → Employees.

Hover over the line with the employee's name, click the icon
, and select Edit.You can change any data except the username. Some data of employees with accounts on the company domain, such as their public name, can only be changed via the API. How to do this

How to change an employee's account password
You can change passwords for employees with accounts on the company domain. Follow these steps:

Open the company account.

In the left menu, select Users → Employees.

Hover over the line with the employee's name, click the icon
, and select Change password. -
. The password must be at least 8 characters long, contain Latin letters, numbers, and symbols. The option Employee needs to change their password upon first login is enabled by default: you set a temporary password, and the employee must change it to a permanent one at first login. You can disable the option, if necessary.

Enter the password once again and click Save.
Send the employee their new password and ask them to:
- Follow the link id.yandex.ru and log in to their account with the new password.
- Accept the terms of use of Yandex services.
- Open the Security section, link a phone number, set a new security question, and configure logging in with a password and one-time password. How to do this
How to delete an employee account
Important
If you delete an employee account created on your domain, the employee will lose all data on Yandex Disk and in Yandex Mail. You won't be able to restore it.
If you remove an employee who was invited with their personal Yandex account, they'll lose access to the company's services and will be removed from the departments and groups they were added to.
To delete an employee:

Open the company account.

In the left menu, select Users → Employees.

Select the line with the employee's name, click the icon
, and select Remove user.
How to block or unblock an employee
You can block an employee with an account on the company domain. For example, if their data was compromised by attackers.
After you block an employee, they won't be able to use Yandex Mail and other services connected to the company, but all information associated with their account is retained. The employee can continue using the services after you unblock them.
Important note
Some Yandex Mail features will continue to work even when the employee is blocked. What will continue to work
To block or unblock an employee:

Enable the option Blocked employees only.
How does Yandex Mail work after an employee is blocked
A blocked employee can't read, send, or manage messages in their mailbox.
If email forwarding was set up to the employee's address, it will continue to work. To disable forwarding, log in to the blocked user's mailbox or use the API. How to disable forwarding via API
If an employee had access to a delegated mailbox, it won't be disabled after the employee is blocked. To disable access to a delegated mailbox in the company's account, follow the instructions from the administrator's guide or use the API. How to disable delegation via API

Single Sign-On (SSO), or single sign-on technology, is an authentication method that allows users to use one set of credentials to log in to multiple apps. This solution facilitates centralized management of employee access and ensures data security.

Yandex ID is an account that can be used to log in to multiple Yandex services.
The display name of the employee account. It can be their real name or nickname.
