Employees
You can perform various actions with employee accounts in Yandex 360 for Business: add new accounts, delete accounts if you no longer need them, search for employees and view their cards, edit and block accounts hosted on your company's mail domain.
Add
To start working together in Yandex 360 for Business, add employees to your company. To do this, you can use one of the following methods.
Create accounts manually
-
If your company has a linked domain, you can add new accounts in Users → Employees. In that case, accounts are created on your domain.
You can perform the following actions with these accounts:
-
Edit employee details, for example, delete or add mailbox aliases.
-
Import emails from your employee mailboxes on other servers.
-
Move departments within the company.
For more information on how to create a domain account manually, see Create an account.
After you create accounts on the company's domain, you won't be able to set up single sign-on (SSO).
-
Invite employees
- You can invite users to join your company with their Yandex accounts. To do this, you don't need to link a mail domain. You can't edit and block the accounts of invited employees. You can only view them and remove them from the company. For more information on how to invite employees to your company, see Invite users.
Upload a list of employees
- You can download a CSV file template, fill in the employee data and upload it. This is useful if you need to add a large number of accounts. For more information on how to do this, see Upload a list.
Enable single sign-on (SSO)
- The SAML 2.0-based single sign-on (SSO) technology helps to organize access to Yandex 360 services through your access management system (for example, Active Directory or Keycloak). This way, employees don't have to remember a new username and password, and you don't have to create separate accounts for them in Yandex 360 for Business. To enable single sign-on (SSO) for your company, make sure that it has no employee accounts created on the company's domain.
Search
You can quickly find employees using the search bar in Users → Employees. Just enter the person's first or last name, or their email address.
Select a user from the list to open their card. The card displays:
-
Employee's contact and personal information.
-
Departments and groups that they belong to.
-
