Managing authorization on employee devices

Administrators and security managers can:

• View the devices that company employees used to access Yandex 360 for Business services.
• Log an employee out of their account on any device from the list.
• Instantly terminate all employee sessions across all Yandex 360 for Business services.

You may need to do this when you suspect that there's an unauthorized access to services or when you need to delete active user sessions on a device that's no longer in use.

View devices with active sessions

1. Open the company account.
2. In the left menu, select Security → Devices and activity.
3. In the search box, start typing the first name, last name, or username of the employee whose information you want to view. Then select them from the drop-down list.

You'll see the list of devices where the employee is authorized in programs, mobile apps, and web versions of Yandex 360 services.

Log an employee out of the account

1. Open the list of devices with active sessions as shown above.

2. Perform one of the following:

   • To log out of an employee account on only one device from the list, click next to the name of that device and confirm the logout.
   • To end all active sessions of the employee, click Log out everywhere and confirm the action. In this case, all user sessions will be terminated, including in the web versions of the services.

After logging out, the user's computers, phones, or tablets with terminated sessions will disappear from the list of authorized devices. Now, the employee will need to re-enter the username and password on their devices to log in to their work account again.
