How to find lost items after a ride

Open the Yandex Go app. If you haven't rated the ride yet, tap the Lost item in car button on the screen.

In other cases, go to the History section (this is the only place to find the driver's phone number) → select the ride and tap Call — the phone number will only be available 48 hours after the ride.
