“Yandex.Direct, summary” report

A report on campaigns, ads (banners) and keywords in Yandex.Direct.

This report has two display modes: list view and tree view.

The report provides data with the following levels of detail:

  • Ad campaign — name and number.
  • Ad — title and number.
  • Ad selection criteria — keyword for the ad.
  • Search query — displays search queries entered by the user in the search engine where an ad impression was made and the user clicked through to the advertiser's website.

“Yandex.Direct, sites” report

This report contains information on sites where referrals were made to your site. The report can have multiple groups of sites:

  • Search.
  • Network — content sites in the Yandex Advertising Network. This group appears if the Yandex.Direct campaign parameters enable displays in the Yandex Advertising Network (YAN content site settings). For more information about display strategies, see the Help for Yandex.Direct.


In reports on “Direct”, the label “Third-party campaigns” is shown

In the Yandex.Direct interface, enter the number of the Yandex.Metrica tag in the Metrica tags box for your ad campaigns. When you link the tag to the campaigns, statistics will be displayed correctly.

Also make sure that the Tag links for Metrica option is enabled in the campaign settings in Yandex.Direct.

Other tags incorrectly count traffic from Yandex.Direct ads

In order for traffic from Yandex.Direct ads to be correctly calculated by other tags, you can use special tags in links from ads.

You can also turn on the feature for automatically adding OpenStat tags in the campaign settings in Yandex.Direct.
