How to copy or move campaigns, ad groups, ads, or keywords
When you copy or move objects, you can paste them into several parent objects. For instance, you can copy several keywords and replicate them in multiple ad groups. Propagation is available for ad groups, ads, and keywords.
Alert
When moving or making a copy of an item, a new item is created. The statuses of ads and keywords, along with their accumulated statistics, are not preserved.
Notes on pasting data between agency clients
Monetary amounts are not recalculated. If clients use different currencies, we recommend that you check and edit bids and budgets.
Tip
Before making any changes, download up-to-date campaign data from the server.

Campaigns
In Direct Commander, you can copy and move ad campaigns along with all ad groups, ads, and keywords.
To create copies of ad campaigns:

On the Campaigns tab, select a single campaign or multiple campaigns.

Press Ctrl + C (Cmd ⌘ + C on MacOS).

Press Ctrl + V (Cmd ⌘ + V on MacOS).
To copy or move ad campaigns:

Select a client on the Clients tab.

On the Campaigns tab, select a single campaign or multiple campaigns.

To copy selected campaigns...
To move selected campaigns...
press Ctrl + C
(Cmd ⌘ + C on macOS).
press Ctrl + X
(Cmd ⌘ + X on macOS).

To copy or move campaigns to another client (rather than the same client), select the client on the Clients tab. Then go back to the Campaigns tab.

Press Ctrl + V (Cmd ⌘ + V on MacOS).
Groups of ads
In Direct Commander, you can copy and move ad groups along with ads and keywords included in them.
Alert
Groups can be copied and moved only within one campaign or between campaigns of the same type. You can also copy groups from a Text & Image Ads campaign to a unified performance campaign.Learn more about campaign types in Yandex Direct Help.

On the Campaigns tab, select a single campaign or multiple campaigns containing relevant ad groups.

On the Ad groups tab, select an ad group or multiple ad groups.

To copy selected groups...
To move selected groups...
press Ctrl + C
(Cmd ⌘ + C on MacOS).
press Ctrl + X
(Cmd ⌘ + X on macOS).

On the Campaigns tab, select a single campaign or multiple campaigns to paste ad groups to.

Go back to Ad groups tab.

Press Ctrl + V (Cmd ⌘ + V on MacOS).
If you are pasting groups in multiple campaigns, select Paste copied groups into each selected campaign.
Ads
Alert

You can only copy companies in ads for the same client.

Keywords and autotargetings
Alert
An ad group can only have one autotargeting. You cannot paste an autotargeting into a group if it already contains an autotargeting. You cannot paste multiple autotargetings in an ad group.

On the Campaigns tab, select a campaign or multiple campaigns containing the necessary keywords or autotargeting.

On the Ad groups tab, select an ad group or multiple ad groups.

On the Keywords tab, select a keyword, autotargeting, or multiple keywords and an autotargeting.

To copy selected keywords and an autotargeting...
To move selected keywords and an autotargeting...
press Ctrl + C
(Cmd ⌘ + C on MacOS).
press Ctrl + X
(Cmd ⌘ + X on macOS).

On the Ad groups tab, select an ad group or multiple ad groups to paste ads and an autotargeting into.

Go back to the Phrases tab.

Press Ctrl + V (Cmd ⌘ + V on MacOS).
If you are pasting keywords into multiple ad groups, select Paste copied keywords into each selected group.
