Report a violation on Yandex Disk

Use this option if a file on Yandex Disk contains:

• Pornography or advertising of sexual services.
• Information on manufacturing or selling weapons or drugs.

Under clause 5.2.1 of the User Agreement for Yandex Services, users may not upload, send, share, or otherwise post and distribute content that:

• Includes elements of (or promotes) pornography or child erotica, or constitutes advertising of (or promotes) sexual services (including those disguised as other services).
• Describes the procedure for manufacturing, using, or otherwise exploiting narcotics or similar substances, explosives, or other weapons.

If you have found such content on Yandex Disk, please report it using the form below. We will review it and take the necessary action.

Use this option if:

• Your image or personal data is hosted on Yandex Disk.
• Your copyright is infringed.
• A file contains insults or defamation directed at you.

Who can file a complaint

• An individual whose rights have been violated.
• A representative of an individual or legal entity. If you represent an individual, attach a copy of a valid power of attorney. If you represent a legal entity, attach a document proving your authority. This could be a power of attorney or, for example, a resolution appointing you as CEO.

What to include in your complaint

1. The specific content that violates the claimant's rights, and how it does so.
2. Direct links to the infringing content.
3. The actions you request that we take.
4. Your identity document's details, including the series, number, issue date, and issuing authority.
5. Your contact information: full name, postal address, phone number, and email.
6. The date and your signature.
