A good tourist destination, you can see Tashkent from a bird's eye view. There is also a good exposition of mock-ups of TV towers, a cool collection of cassette recorders is on display.
The view of Tashkent at night is certainly not bad, but the reflections on the glasses will not be taken properly. So if you want to take pictures of the views from the TV tower, come in the afternoon.
You can also go higher, to the restaurant area. I can't tell you the prices in the restaurant, I haven't been there.
But in general, if you will be in Tashkent, I recommend visiting the TV tower.
Great view of the city! The observation glass windows are clean. I would like to note the excellent condition of this Tashkent landmark.
Observation deck on the 6th floor
of the Koinot restaurant on the 8th floor (it also still rotates, a very unusual feeling)
The price of the restaurant is above average. Very attentive staff.
I recommend visiting in any weather. (admission is possible until 19.30) the ticket price is 50,000 soums.
There is nothing to do on the whole tour, but you need to go there and climb to the 6th floor and see Tashkent from a bird's eye view, and then go to the restaurant on the 8th floor. A very interesting approach: you sit at a table in a restaurant, and it rotates 360 degrees. And another of the main features of all Uzbek restaurants is that tips for the staff are included in the price. In general, you need to visit the Tashkent TV tower. The main thing is to see it at night (the illumination is like the Eiffel Tower in Paris)
Excellent panoramic view of the city. Convenient transportation- there is a bus stop nearby, but parking is bad. The buses run great. One of the disadvantages is a crowd of people on holidays, an old, Soviet place with 2 elevators to go up to the 6th floor - a panoramic view. You have to wait in line at the elevator. It's great for one time. I'm not going back.
An excellent museum on the 1st floor - models of all TV towers in the world, it is very interesting; there are also souvenir shops on the 1st floor and there is a general observation deck on the city, at night there is a very beautiful backlight at the TV tower.
Admission costs 25,000 sums. A good place to spend time and leisure for both adults and children. Nice bird's-eye view of the city. You can take photos and videos. I really enjoyed seeing the old technique for listening to music.
If you have enough time, I recommend going closer to sunset to see the city in daylight and with night illumination. Not everyone liked it)) it often seems boring to children (we saw several dissatisfied little visitors). There were queues (but maybe it was because of the holidays).
Inside, on the ground floor, there is a small exhibition of TV towers of the world and a stand of retro magnetophones.
If you go to a restaurant (it is above the observation deck), you need to book a table in advance.
An interesting place is the objects of monumental art on the ground floor, the observation deck on the sixth and the restaurant on the eighth floor.
A good dessert menu.
The boarding area in the restaurant rotates 360 degrees, while sitting at a table you can see the full panorama of the city.
In the surroundings there are nice landscaped architectural monuments and walking alleys, a river with bright turquoise water.
I have already been there 2 times, the height of the observation tower is 100+ meters. The city is clearly visible. I also liked the mini copies of the famous TV towers of the world with a description, it was interesting. The cost of a TV tower ticket = approximately the cost of pilaf. Impressions have been received, now it is interesting to see the towers in other cities and countries.
40 thousand entrance. Mock-ups of TV towers in major cities around the world. The view is good, the windows are clean. We went up to the Kiynot restaurant, the fresh fruit and waffles are good. There is no view from the window. Very cultured staff and a sooooo beautiful young Uzbek girl who works at the control. A pleasant voice and appearance!!!
It is very interesting to look at the city from such a height. I think everyone should visit this place with their children. The 6th floor is an observation deck, and the 8th floor is a restaurant and a panorama moving around the axis of the tower is quite unusual. The cuisine is very average, but the price tag is slightly higher than the city, although not by much. There is something like a museum on the ground floor.
The observation deck itself costs 50 thousand, the view is not bad, but the atmosphere of the TV tower itself, that is, inside it resembles Soviet times, there is a modern restaurant above, but they don't let you just look from the restaurant, the view is not bad, but the quality of the orders does not match the price tag)))
A beautiful building!!! Very beautiful! In front of the entrance there is an exhibition showing models of the world's tallest towers with a detailed description, the children were very delighted, the queue is of course large)))
A wonderful sight of Tashkent. Mandatory for all tourists. The best panoramic views of the capital and the suburbs! There is also a delicious restaurant on the top!
One of the business cards of Tashkent, nothing special, but considering that there are not many of them in Tashkent, it is recommended to visit. You can go up to the observation deck, inside there is a museum of cassette tape recorders of the 80s-90s (I found my two-cassette Toshiba) There is also a restaurant in the tower (we did not go in).
There is a pilaf center next to the tower, which is also recommended to visit when traveling to Tashkent.
The city's observation deck. An inexpensive ticket in the region of 350 rubles. The visit time is unlimited. But there's not much to do there for more than an hour. The view of Tashkent is fantastic. Especially in clear weather. Slightly stained glass, inside and out. There is a spinning cafe on the floor above, but they are allowed on condition of booking a table. There is no pandemonium, everything is cultural. Air conditioners.
An interesting place of Soviet architecture. Inside there is a whole exhibition of miniatures of TV towers of the world. And a small exhibition of cassette recorders. You can go up to the 6th floor, where there is a circular observation deck. It's especially beautiful in the evening. And you can go up to the 8th floor - restaurant. This is only the middle of the TV tower. The price for the tour is not big. A visit is mandatory)))
I was impressed by the scale. Clean, neat. We were on the observation deck of the sixth floor at sunset. The evening city is beautiful!!! Great keepsake photos turned out!
A great place to spend time with the whole family. The business card of our beautiful city of Tashkent. There is a restaurant. A very interesting place to sit. I recommend it to everyone.
It's very cool here! But get ready for a thorough inspection!
While going up to the observation deck, you can watch all the TV towers in the world.
The view is amazing, and the weather is lucky!
Must-visit 👍
Unfortunately, the observation deck is not working now, you can visit the restaurant, but the menu is very modest, although the cost of the dishes is quite high. The menu information on the website is not updated and is not relevant. They ask for a deposit of 200,000 soums, but in fact you can come without it and take at least a coffee. 50,000 soums are charged for entry, past the deposit.
Firstly, it is one of the symbols of Tashkent, there is an observation deck at the level of 100 m, and a restaurant on the floor above that has a platform that moves while the guests and customers are sitting eating and drinking. The kitchen is not bad, the service is the same. They work until 2200. It is better to book a place earlier, you also need to pay for the entrance.
Excellent cuisine. The nicest staff. Clear. Magnificent views of the capital, the Tien Shan mountains. It rotates imperceptibly, the views are constantly changing. It feels great.
The place is beautiful, but I still did not understand why we paid the money at the entrance if the observation deck does not work. We only found out that it wasn't working near the elevator. Basically, we were heading to a restaurant, so we still had the opportunity to explore everything around. But what do they charge money for? Just for the entrance? It's kind of weird.
The restaurant, by the way, is expected to be very expensive. We took tea with desserts. I didn't like any dessert, but we paid about 900,000 sums in total (not counting the entrance fee)
The cost of entry to the TV tower for foreigners is 50,000 soums. Along the way, models of towers and high-rise buildings from all over the world are exhibited. Observation deck 6th floor, you can buy ice cream, snacks and various drinks. But the big minus is dirty windows. The Koinot (Universe) restaurant is located on the 8th floor. It was a mistake to go there hoping to have a quick snack and leave. There were a lot of tables available, as well as staff, but the waiter approached us only after 20 minutes, and then after contacting the administrator. We ordered a mumpar, tea, and a cake. Bread was brought first, then tea. The mumpar was brought in 20 minutes, then they waited for dessert to be served. The food is brought by a deliveryman from below the tower. The decoration of the hall is beautiful, the place where the tables are slowly spinning around the axis of the tower. The views of the city are beautiful, but in the evening the light of the restaurant is reflected in the windows. As a result, the restaurant is for one visit, for the sake of interest. Terribly long service, the food tastes so-so. And 20% of what they charge for service, you need to pay extra to visitors of this institution for coming to them.
PS toilet in a restaurant in a similar room, ask the waiter he will show.
They cook very well. It's a little expensive from the earthly kitchen, If there are a lot of visitors, then the guys are steaming. I paid the bill and they added a % type on top of it because of the card payment, a little unclear situation. We waited for the elevator for a very, very long time, we stood for about 25 minutes. Perhaps it was because of the holidays. You can go once for a check.
We went there when the first snow fell and the weather was appropriate for the situation, as well as the names of the Cosmos. That's the name of the restaurant. The staff is very competent and the service is at a high level. The wardrobe is located to the right of the elevator and then the rotating edge of the restaurant hall where the seating is located. The view is gorgeous. You can dial and book a table using the attached business card.
A very interesting place. A large observation deck in a circle on the 6th floor. On the 8th floor there is a cute restaurant that moves in a circle. We took guests, it was very interesting, in a restaurant you can have a glass of wine, look at the city from above, romantic. Recommend. Admission is 40 thousand per adult, pensioners get a 50% discount. Wine is like in all restaurants at double the price.
Nicely. On the 1st floor there is an entrance and reception, on the 6th there is an observation deck. There is a restaurant on the 8th floor. Delicious, but expensive. There is too much garlic in the Caesar salad. below is a photo from the 6th floor
I often visited the tennis courts when I lived in Tashkent, a place for both sports and walking, by the way, there is also a pilaf Center where you can eat delicious pilaf)
The restaurant is pleasant, delicious, and the service is excellent. I took off one star solely for the price of alcohol. Sooooo expensive. A bottle of Moet champagne came out 30 thousand rubles. The simplest whiskey is also 30 thousand rubles.
In general, all the money that was exchanged at the airport was left on the first evening in this restaurant.
Great place... In the evening, with a backlight, a great place... Near the Besh Qozon pilaf center, you can try different varieties of pilaf. Across the street is a great modern alley and a museum of repression. With access to the shore. With flower beds... Very beautiful.
Go, you won't regret it. There is an observation room on the 6th floor, and a restaurant on the 8th floor. The prices are normal compared to other restaurants in the city. Sit, eat and enjoy the view and the food.
There is a museum in the tower itself. And mock-ups of TV towers from different countries are presented. The observation deck is not high, but the city is visible. There is also a view restaurant
We really liked it, the city is big, you can see well, during the day in clear weather you can also see the mountains. I recommend. There were no places in the restaurant during the day, if you want to get there, it's better to come early in the morning.
The tower is good! There is a good exposition of other TV towers in the world. It is very beautiful to see Tashkent from a height. There are not many people, there is no crowd and it's great!
A good view of the city, but clear weather is needed. There weren't a lot of people during our visit, so we got up pretty quickly. The elevator didn't wait long for the descent either.
The tallest TV tower in Central Asia. There is an observation deck at the top, which offers a view of the city. I liked the collection of retro tape recorders and turntables.
Beautiful views of the city from above, an observation deck behind glass, which is very comfortable-no wind, no fear)). We looked at the city at sunset, and then went up to the restaurant, the tables are located along the windows, on a slowly rotating platform. And dinner and the beautiful lights of the city behind the glass.
The tower is like a tower, what to say. I advise you to visit in the evening when the lights are turned on- it's very beautiful, there are also rows of besh Kazan pilaf center and across the street you can walk along the anchor well, what about the canal embankment
Previously, you needed a passport. Now pay and fly. It's beautiful and interesting. There aren't many people. There are drinks, coffee, and ice cream in the viewing area. It's worth a visit.
The atmosphere has changed, the whole restaurant has been renovated for the better, the waiters are indifferent, but the manager is very sensitive in the restaurant. The kitchen did not work completely on our visit, there was only pizza and sushi
