“A walk through Tashkent City Mall is not just shopping, it is a real journey into the world of luxury and pleasure. Here, every corner is filled with a unique style and atmosphere, and a variety of shops allows you to find everything you could wish for. This mall has become for me not just a place to shop, but a source of inspiration and an opportunity to enjoy the art of shopping at the highest level. Tashkent City Mall is a real festival of emotions! From luxury restaurants with delicious dishes to branded goods shops, every moment here is filled with excitement and delight. And when I decide to relax in the IMAX cinema, every frame comes to life with such vividness and realism that it's like diving into the plot of each film. Tashkent City Mall is a place where shopping becomes not just a purchase, but a real adventure full of impressions and joy!”
Tashkent City Mall was opened. The mall is huge and futuristic, but there aren't many shops open yet. The range of clothes is decent, the store areas are large. The food court is beautiful, but several outlets are still open. The toilets are clean and modern. There are a lot of expensive cars in the interior design, visitors take pictures with them. The atmosphere is festive, as we have been waiting for the event for a very long time. The incomprehensible check-in and check-out scheme is a little annoying, be prepared for the fact that on weekends you will stand in line for 20-30 minutes to check into the parking lot or wait 10-15 minutes for a taxi to arrive. The exit from the shopping center is also difficult, the narrow road is overloaded with cars.
The mall pleased me with a huge selection of stores of various brands, ranging from clothing and shoes, to electronics and cosmetics.
I also appreciated the variety of cafes and restaurants where you can have a snack after active shopping. The atmosphere in Tashkent City Mall is pleasant and cozy, which makes shopping even more enjoyable.
It is worth noting that the mall is conveniently located in the city center, which makes it easily accessible to all residents and guests of Tashkent. The service was friendly and efficient.
In general, Tashkent City Mall is a great place for shopping and spending time with family and friends. I will be happy to come back here again.
So far, the only shopping center in Tashkent is more or less of a European level. It's new, so everything is still clean and tidy. The toilets are modern, they are cleaned all the time. Half of the shops have not opened yet, but despite this, it is crowded almost all the time, even on weekdays.
Zara and Sportmaster stores have the largest retail space (a wide range, but very few employees in the hall). Nike, Adidas, Bershka, Pull and Bear, Skechers, Li-Ning and a number of other stores of popular brands are already open and operating. Galmart (a large grocery supermarket) is still at the stage of completion of repair work.
Price tags for most branded products with a space margin, but this is a common pricing problem in Uzbekistan. On the upper floors there is a food court area (there are still very few working establishments), a modern cinema with IMAX and a science and entertainment center for children Sky Park (children will really be interested here).
I really didn't like the presence of blocking columns in front of escalators in the shopping center (supposedly protection from moms with strollers), which only interfere and have the opposite effect — the risk of injuring visitors. There are also very few benches or any seats in the shopping center to just sit down to relax while shopping (there are only a couple of islands for sitting in the main hall).
A large beautiful shopping mall. Very modern. Yes, there are many shops that don't exist anywhere else in Tashkent. But there are few clothes of good quality. Prices in many stores are too high, the product does not match the prices. But the main disadvantage is that it is very large, and there are no amenities. There are no benches anywhere, neither inside the shops nor in the corridors. Therefore, you get tired quickly and no longer want to continue shopping.I really don't have the strength to go around it all and fully mess around there. If there were benches, you could relax and walk around more. And so I no longer wanted to measure and choose anything, the only desire was to get out of it just to sit somewhere. A strange ventilation system. In some stores, it is unreal stuffiness, in some it is normal, although they say that the system is centralized.
A large shopping center with a bunch of expensive shops, I'm waiting for the New Yorker from more or less affordable ones, pleased L-Ning with both the choice and discounts and polite staff.
One of the disadvantages is the food court. Although it is large, there is nowhere to sit, the visitors ate and just sit, I had to run around waiting for an order and ask for a free chair for my wife and myself.
Another of the disadvantages is the security at the entrance, but not the shopping center, but the usual police, when asked to open a small bag, I opened it. But then this private picks up and pulls the zipper so that the bag opens completely. To my indignation, he said that he asked me to open the bag, I didn't hear anything. Another one came up and asked me to put everything out of the bag. It was very unpleasant.
The most beautiful and largest mall in Tashkent has opened! With a huge cinema, cool cars and an amazing atmosphere. Perhaps not all floors are dotted with different brands yet, but soon it will all be there. On the top floor of the mall there is a cinema with the largest screen in Tashkent. Cinema prices are like everywhere else, clothes are slightly higher in price. There is an extensive play area, which provides a fun time for the child. In a word, paradise for the common people!
The place is super. I really liked to go for a walk in the Galley in St. Petersburg. So it reminds me of the project, a little less. It's great that new cinemas have opened, I took my family to see Kung Fu Panda 4. We sat on the food court, took pictures, emotions are good, I wish everyone who trades and works and built a shopping mall prosperity, well, for us visitors to have money)))
A great place for shopping, hanging out. A bright, cozy space with a chain of clothing, food, and cosmetics stores. The bathrooms are clean, Grohe plumbing is installed. There is a parking lot. The cinema is also cool. The only drawback is the lack of benches in the halls where you can sit down while shopping.
It's a great place, I recommend going for a walk in the park. There's not a lot of choice with food. Prices for clothes are above average for a not very rich assortment. Those who are obsessed with brands should go to Italy for a sale. The coolest thing is the cinema. Parking is a problem, but you can find a place.
ADVANTAGES:
+ Large IMAX cinema;
+ Three large entrances to the Mall;
+ Modern Food Court design
minuses:
- Super VIP and VIP halls are not working in the cinema (so far);
- In the cinema, chairs are not laid out in the prone position;
- Very dark, the lighting color is yellow;
- The floors are dark, marky;
- The ceiling ventilation is not working;
- The escalators have a strong smell of Chinese rubber and paint (glue);
- The Mall audio system is very quiet;
- The central automatic rotating inputs are not working;
- Narrow spans, for large-scale Mall on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors;
- Very little on the Food Court;
- There are no islands for relaxation, sofas or benches in the Mall.
I'll note: A technical discovery. In general, the emotions are positive from the trip to the Tashkent City Mall, mainly because of the finally long-awaited brand stores such as Zara, Bershka, Stradivarius, Mango, Pull&Bear, Colins and soon we expect more New Yorker, "O'stin", "Terranova", etc.
It is worth saying that the first impression was not "Wow!", on the date of the visit 03.03.2024, the lighting left much to be desired, the Mall was noisy, dark and the eye inadvertently fell on a dark tile, which in turn is very dirty and dirty. I concluded that there is nothing to wash the tiles in the Mall yet, there is no suitable equipment and / or staff. Later, looking around, I barely caught the music from the Mall audio system, later a voice was heard from the same audio system very loudly and with microphone distortion calling the driver of some car to approach her. The feeling that you are not in a modern Mall, but at a bus station.
The smells are understandably terrible, apparently from finishing and painting the entire Tashkent City Mall, apparently the ventilation system did not work completely or at all, since after an hour in the Mall it became very stuffy. There are quite a few seats and soft seats on the 3rd floor of the Food Court. I won't write much about the number of (4) open food kiosks, they just aren't enough yet, they haven't been prepared in six months... And in the entire Mall on the floors there are no islands for waiting and sitting, soft sofas, stylish benches. At the same time, there is no wardrobe in the Tashkent City Mall either.
The security is not qualified, some are standing and talking to each other. People smoke e-mails without being shy about security, which is very strange for a Mall.
I also didn't see any ATMs or payment terminals.
A score of 3 out of 5 is a stretch. We have been waiting for the opening for a very long time, thanks at least for the technical. I think they will have time to fix all the disadvantages and everything will be super perfect by the main opening. Then my score will be higher, but so far so.
It's a good place to watch a movie.
Otherwise, in some places it is very expensive and in some it is still tolerable and normal.
You can drink coffee only in front of the cinema or on the floor below.
The place is beautiful, in some places there are cars for display.
You need to hire a designer so that the characteristics near the car are not ordinary and at least with a photo
Well, if you have a budget, better monitors or tablets.
There is nowhere to sit except the toilet or if you sit to eat.
The toilets are normal and not paid, this is the main plus, since I believe that toilets should be fine anywhere.
Beautiful! Large-scale is the first thing that catches your eye when you first visit this shopping center. The cinemas are great, the restaurants are great too. They are affordable. As for clothing, considering the brands - from here and consider the cost. A good place overall. Something new and unusual for a resident, and especially for tourists of our Republic. The parking is underground.
A huge area for spending time. There are bars and cafes with restaurants. Shops and the latest cinemas, an unreal space playground. Everything is beautiful, but one thing is: in my opinion, it is not designed for a huge number of visitors.
There are very few bathrooms. I ate, drank, and then ran home so as not to go down my pants.
The best newest entertainment center (entertainment is certainly not enough if you only go for it) and so everything is very well done, shops sell good goods, prices are reasonable, you can walk with family and friends and with a girlfriend and wife, then you can sit in imax.
You can have a very pleasant evening and not be ashamed to show guests from other regions and countries)
Tashkent City Mall is the true embodiment of shopping and entertainment! Here you will find a rich selection of branded stores, and the food court will delight you with a variety of culinary delicacies. Safety is guaranteed, and the cinema with the first IMAX in Uzbekistan will give an unforgettable cinematic experience!
A very large shopping and entertainment center. There are always a lot of people. A wide variety of choices. Food, footcores. A huge screen. A playground and much, much more. Come with the whole family and have fun
Great Shopping Mall. A huge area. Cars that are produced in limited quantities. There are even car dealerships. Playgrounds. Food-court. Cinema. Excellent parking. Elevator. In general, everything is for convenience...
Big, new, not fully filled yet. Food court, restaurants and shops, many different, cool design. Cool toilets - the waiting area next to it made an impression. Expensive cars are distributed on all floors as an advertising campaign - they gather a huge number of residents, even just to take pictures.
Well, a chic shopping center in the center of Tashkent, if there is nothing to do and there is time, it is quite possible to visit, next to a park with a pond and gorgeous fountains. Fountains struck me so simply, be sure to look there Once an hour or two they turn on a show, light music and fountains are very beautiful.
Great shopping mall. Clean, beautiful and very impressive. I really, really liked the fact that when you go out into the courtyard, and it's hard to call it a courtyard, you get into the relaxation zone, a perfectly made space for rest, relaxation, meetings. I recommend
A chic mall, cool boutiques, a super assortment, luxurious collections are selected! I recommend it to everyone. I can't wait for the sales, I will definitely come shopping
The verdict is not clear. On the one hand, I wanted this mall to become the best in Central Asia (I must say right away that it is still inferior to the Kazakh Dostyk Plaza 6 years ago), on the other hand, it is still the best mall in Uzbekistan.
And now in order:
1. PARKING:
- The entrance to the parking lot is poorly organized, it is necessary to change people to an automatic camera.
- The cost is a little high, imho. But at least you need to make an application for the shopping center where, say, after spending 200,000 soums in the shopping center, parking will be free at the exit.
- There are no sensors in the parking lot that would tell you where it is free! It is 100% necessary to do it!
2. REPAIR:
- the tile on the parking floor is slippery when it has been washed, that is, when it is wet. And on December 9, it will always be wet. I recommend REPLACING IT! Otherwise, there will be injuries in winter!
- The tiles on the floors are not of poor quality, but they seem to be cheap. Certainly the tile laying was done very poorly. You can immediately see that you saved on the designer and the laying scheme, a knowledgeable specialist will understand what's the matter!
3. TOILET:
- So far it is clean, but please do not make the same mistakes that S. Darvoza, Riviera and others made before you. KEEP THE TOILET always CLEAN!!! Take an example, go to Dostyk Plaza in Almaty and go to the toilet, you will understand what I mean and set yourself a standard!
- There are a lot of sinks and soap at the beginning and at the end, it's a little bit thoughtfully, FIX IT!
- there is no urinal and sink for children (3-8 years old) - FIX it, there is such a thing in any civilized shopping center in Europe, and even in Kazakhstan!
- Dryer - put some kind of deshmansky, it will break in 2 weeks. Put on the DYSON AIRBLADE!!! Do not save money!
4. DRESSING ROOM - It is not there. Kapets! This is the greed of squares. Put 2 in each floor. These are some pathetic 30-40 squares! After all, this is a shopping mall for people, not for shops???
5. HANDRAILS are normal on the ground floor, but on 2 and 3 some kind of cheap.
6. Benches - there are very few of them! It is necessary to increase significantly! Just please don't put the cheap ones!
Guys, don't save money, do everything normally, take an example from DOSTYK PLAZA. They built it in 2018, and you, being in 2024, could not overtake. Shame and annoyance! Just go to Almaty, and you will understand what I mean!
It's beautiful here - and the park is very nice and the area as a whole, people like to relax. There is a color music fountain.
There are still a decent number of closed shops in the center - a new building.
A cool new shopping center, very beautifully equipped. Of course, not all shops and food courts are functioning yet, but it is clear that little time has passed for the recruitment of staff. In general, a pleasant shopping center, and the cars are interesting)
A cool place, a musical fountain with lighting, a park, a 5D attraction, a huge shopping center for all clothing brands, a new BYD salon, opposite the Radisson Hotel
The mall is great, looks like an Afimall, the supermarket is not open yet, but clothing stores are already open. Spacious, comfortable and close to several metro stations.
The new shopping center is within walking distance from the metro and the park, with a good assortment of mass market shops and delicious cafes. A great movie theater.
There is a very large shopping center in Tashkent where all the world's brandies are available at decent prices, the choice is huge, the location is good, you definitely need to come.
A large new shopping center with Inditex stores, and many brands of the mass market and middle segment, restaurants with a beautiful view, a children's entertainment center and a cinema.

An excellent shopping center for parties, entertainment, walks and shopping, well-groomed, clean and beautiful territory, convenient location in the city center, near 2 metro stations "Pakhtakor"/"Alisher Navoi" and Tashkent City Park, many interesting and popular boutiques with famous brands of clothing and shoes for any choice, there is a large branch store ZARA clothing, a large GALMART supermarket, an LG and Samsung store, a cinema, many different types of fast food establishments and caffeine for every taste and purse
I advise you to come and visit
A new large, beautiful shopping mall. The playground is also very large and cool, everyone can say that the area is very expensive, but this is specially done so that not everyone can go in and not make a mess. While there is little choice of store, you can find something for everyone in the food court, in general it will not be boring with children
So far, only a small part of the shopping center has opened, cafes and restaurants are operating in test mode, shops too (not everywhere there are prices on the tags, who could and opened), but still this new place for Tashkent will be 100% popular!
A wonderful cinema with IMAX, a large children's play center, in general, everything inside is modern and pretty. When at least 50-70% of the areas are operational, there will be a completely different atmosphere
I am very pleased with the place, good shops, affordable prices, convenient Parking, everything is modern, responsive staff and security, there is something to eat,
A place for lovers of expensive shopping and insta bloggers :) or you can admire several wonderful creations of mechanical engineering. Well, not all stores are open yet and some places are closed
Cool idea, impressive size, all in a modern style, impressive, though not all stores are still open, well, I think it's just a matter of time. I recommend a good place to have a good time.
An excellent shopping center, good shops, stylish design, the room's fragrance works, which creates a pleasant smell. Inside is a collection of cars after tuning.
The shopping center is excellent, the location is a super park with a lake from the shopping center from the second floor the view is excellent.Many squares are still closed, but there are quite a lot of people, there were not enough people on Navruz.
A large mall with global brands, with good bathrooms on each floor and, of course, an IMAX cinema. I would like to see more variety on the food court. Of the disadvantages, the connection does not catch inside: it will not work to call or sit on social networks. I would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible in the mall administration
It's not a bad shopping mall. As of 04/24/24, not all stores are open yet. There are many different branded items on the market's territory. Prices, I think, will be expensive even for the middle class.
Big, too big.
It opened recently, but it is not yet completely full.
It is convenient if you want to walk around both the mall itself and the park, which is located on its reverse side (Tashkent City Park).
At prices, as everywhere, something is expensive, something is normal
A good store. Bright, spacious. In the spirit of Zara stores. Anyone who has been abroad will understand what I mean. The prices are affordable. There are a lot of cash registers, but as always happens, not all of them work. From what and queues
Great! It's beautiful cool very
A lot of beautiful girls very expensive cars cool project manager LLC the company is engaged in the sale of an apartment 💵👍 in short, I'm in hair😄😄😄😄
A Huge Mall! Everything is here, or almost everything))) I am very pleased with the constant updating of collections that absolutely do not lag behind the same stores in other countries. Compared with the UAE, it seemed that Tashkent has even better and more choice!!👌👌👌
A huge shopping center, it is better not to go there with your wife, you will get tired of walking with her, there is a sportsmaster and so on familiar shops for Russians) A cafe with national cuisine is expensive
The best shopping mall I've been to. Very close to the Western level) Special respect for the clothing stores and the official apple store that opened for the first time in the country
A very large, modern shopping mall. We went for a walk with the children, I really liked it. The playground is gorgeous. The food court zone has not fully started.
The shopping center is not fully filled yet. There are empty areas for shops
Prices in the stores themselves are noticeably higher than in their branches located in other locations (possibly due to the high rent in this shopping center)
If there were more informative monitors on each floor to get information about retail outlets, then people would not be looking for a table with a reception on the ground floor
Minus one star for parking
Parking is paid, 30,000 soums, sort of. You can't put it by the road, our people, as always, hung signs around the perimeter to earn money)
Even in the waiting area for cars, they drive you, don't stand there. I have to say that the type of taxi. Take note)
Minus the second star for an empty table
It can be seen that they have opened for show. We haven't finished anything, there are just barricades on some floors, and you can't get through, you have to walk and look for ways around. We have already waited a lot of time, we would have waited further, but everything would have been open.
Minus the third star for the arrangement of the pier and all sorts of little things. Let me explain.
All floors, all corridors are absolutely the same, just carbon copy, it's easy to get confused, plus, taking into account the barricades mentioned above, it's even easier. The signs are only at the escalators, only in Uzbek, there are no bins with garbage, there are not benches everywhere, and if there are very few, just sooooo. There are also practically no ATMs, on the 3rd floor in the corner, that's all, there are no more. I didn't find it myself, and asking the staff, they all sent me to the 3rd floor) There is no supermarket of any kind, not even mini shops to just get something to drink.
Well, in general, as always, our people rush from all corners of the world just to walk around and see a lot of people from this, not to pass, not to pass, it's dangerous too, no matter how.
Therefore, I advise you to go in a year. During this time, at least half of Uzbekistan goes there, or maybe half of the pier will be ready 🤣
It's beautiful, there is a place to have a snack, see branded stores. But there are no extra benches. It's hard to sit on your feet all day. If you had beautiful bench designs, it would be cool at all.
