В большой тугой букет цветов на заказ вставили 30% сгнивших роз, как итог через 3 дня букет в мусорке. Ответ компании при покупке претензий не было, хотя откуда они могут взяться, если букет на момент выкупа был собран? Не предложили ни скидку, не решение проблемы естественно. Решать вопрос хотят с заказчиком, хотя в итоге все их решение - передали поставщикам. Тот факт, что заказчик мой муж и букет он просто забрал лишил меня права на диалог.
Не советую данную компанию к покупке.

Приходили с ребёнком за цветами, купили 1 готовый букетик из роз и ещё один я попросила собрать из 3 гвоздик для ребёнка с упаковкой. Упаковали вообще отвратительно. Было неаккуратно и сделано «тяп-ляп», какие-то скобы просто торчали в разные стороны. Шли на юбилей и поэтому не хотели портить себе настроение этим конфликтом, но если у вас ситуация иная, то конечно требуйте нормального подхода к работе.

Немного не понял суть магазина. Если он чисто онлайн, то зачем им торговые точки? Если торговые точки тоже продают, то они делают это не очень хорошо.
Нужен был небольшой букетик бухгатеру на ДР. Зануглил ( в яндекскертах😉). Увидел магазин с заметным названием поблизости. Заехал. 2 продавца скручивали букеты, третий ходила рядом и все трое что то обсуждая, полностью игнорировали моё присутствие... Развернулся и пошел в другой ближайший магазин в Грине.

Так как персонал постоянно чем-то не доволен, такое впечатление что я пришел к ним домой и что-то требую, также переодически хамят. Вывод следующий поеду в эту сеть за цветами только в том случае - нет такого случая! Букеты собирают ужасно , особенно не приветливая флорист Анна !
Привезли отличные свежие цветы ( доставка) (розы). В самом магазине вежливые продавцы. Были вечером в магазине, ассортимент был хороший. Есть из чего выбрать.
Разочаровался в этом магазине! Не клиентоориентированность сотрудников удивляет! Вместе с этим цены космос . Покупали букет из розочек, лежали остатки роз, при просьбе посмотреть такие же из другой партии, ответ был : «больше таких нет» и тут же рядом продавец достает запечатанную партию таких же роз, при просьбе в очередной раз взять оттуда , ответ был: «тут такие же», спорить не стала, сделала просто вывод, что в розы бел больше ни ногой ! Получил ,вялый веник 🫣
Пару лет назад покупал букет в розы бел, толи повезло, толи работали раньше на результат , но была в восторге от продавца, а тут - разочарование и осадок в настроении!
