I have been to this cafe many times and the quality of the dishes has always been at the highest level.
But yesterday, 7.01.2025, it looks like I was in it for the last time. Alas
Even the appearance of the dishes: the color, texture, smell, degree of roasting was simply terrible.
I didn 't want to spoil my evening , so I didn 't weigh the portion , but even with an unarmed eye , you can see in the photo that there aren 't even 450 grams on the plate . I am posting three photos:

At least the color can be compared . The ribs were brought in the form of crackers, there is practically no meat on them, and what was just dried.
The waitress generally behaved terribly- she took any question into hostility, was insolent, argued.
I don't recommend it. If it were possible to put a mark-up with a minus, I would rate it with a minus .
I give 5 stars, because this is the first experience of this kind for our city. In the absence of competition (Chinese restaurants), it's so amazing! As for the prices, it is quite acceptable, keep in mind that these are still delicacies, and not just dumplings from the refrigerator. The submission time is not to say, directly, that it is very fast, but also not negligently long. Of the minuses, in fact: drinks - there were only 2 types of tea, if you do not take some kind of conditional fanta from the refrigerator and soy milk, from which the waitress herself dissuaded. By the way, she is alone and clearly does not have time, you need to pay for the order yourself to approach the counter, but this is not critical. We'll come back sometime when we're in the mood.
