Недавно поступили в отделение гнойной хирургии. Навещая пациента,со стороны наблюдали не приятную картину.Как позже выяснив данные работницы персонала, мы прошли по палатам на всех трёх постах и выяснили у больных,что Поплавская Валентина,которая является санитаркой этого отделения относится к больным как к нелюдям,поднимает на них руки,при проблемах в редких случаях её можно дозваться в палату,зачастую сидит в комнате отдыха в телефоне,не реагируя на просьбы больных и их родственников.При этом и за спиной ,и в лицо их оскорбляет. Без умеренной благодарности в деньгах помощь не оказывает вообще.Может не стоит держать такую работницу,которая живёт за счёт бедных пенсионеров,при этом поднимает на них руку и они не видят на её смене помощи.Если не решится вопрос хотя-бы о её переводе,значит будет подниматься вопрос о её увольнении,только уже не в пределах больницы,а в Министерстве Здравоохранения!!!!!
Обратились сегодня, 27.08.2023 к хирургу в приемном отделении. Муж на работе повредил палец на ноге. Палец опух, покраснел и начал гноиться. Вчера вечером поднялась температура. Думали обратиться в ближайшую, 5-ую больницу, но там сказали, что не смогут нам помочь. В 103 нас направили во 2-ую. Грубость работницы регистратуры перекрыло только хамство хирурга Терпеловой А.С., которая сказала (дословно): чего ты сюда приперся, не мог дома иголкой сам вскрыть??? Когда муж спросил про больничный и антибиотики, ему ответили, что никто больничный выдавать не будет, даже в поликлинике, и антибиотики ему нафиг не нужны. Медсестра, весь прием сидевшая в телефоне, высказалась, что она вообще бы не давала больничных всяким. Скажите, отбор персонала в данной больнице происходит по принципу - больше хамства - лучше сотрудник? В справке написали: перевязка, вскрытие и дренирование нагноившегося мозоля... Мозоля? Около ногтя? Может быть там должно быть иное слово - абсцесс? Сегодня вечером снова поднялась температура.

Хорошая больница, современный ремонт, отзывчивый персонал. В общем обследование прошли достаточно быстро, врачи внимательно всё изучили и отправили на госпитализацию. Привели положили. Кровать оказалась жёсткой, простыни и наволочки с дырками))) Но это мелочь по сравнению с дикими пациентками которые там лежат))) В целом впечатление хорошее.
Больница после ремонта. Условия нормальные, питание тоже. Сын по скорой попал сюда в отделение экстренной хирургии. Огромная благодарность врачу хирургу Парукову Владимиру Григорьевичу, который дежурил в ту ночь, за отлично сделанную операцию. Побольше бы белорусской медицине таких профессионалов. Здоровья ему и всему коллективу этого отделения.

Касательно всех отделений ничего не скажу,а вот отделению общей анестезиологии и реанимации огромная бладарность.( отделение на 7 м этаже) очень внимательный младший и средний персонал,те кто с больными весь день,для каждого найдётся доброе словечко,шуточка ,а процедура умывания вечером это просто сказка.большое спасибо всем девочкаи и мальчикам за их тяжёлый труд( не всегда оценённый и благодарный)

Больница хорошая. Чисто, светло,уютно. Кормят вкусно.Аппаратура при ней. Одна проблема,врача надо искать,если повезёт просто посмотришь. Обход в одной палате десять секунд, если больному плохо, то на пять секунд больше.
Ехали из аэропорта в отель в такси поздно вечером. У мужа резко начал болеть правый бок. Вместо отеля приехали в 2ую городскую больницу. Мгновенно принял врач, вкололи обезболивающее. Сразу после взяли анализы и сделали УЗИ. Огромное спасибо врачу Чань Динь Д.А. и всем, кто дежурил в эту ночь. Медицина республики Беларусь подтвердила все слухи о себе на практике.
Врачи работают оперативно, профессионально. Была только в приемном отделении. Минус огромный за туалет, находится возле регистратуры, и дверь просто не закрывается, не то что на замок, а просто не закрывается. Ручка выломана и в умывальную и следом в сам туалет. Анализы сдать не представляется возможным.
Каждый день в мыслях благодарю замечательного врача Высоцкого Франца Мечиславовича. Говорят, что счастье у каждого свое. Так и есть! Для кого-то сходить в туалет). Спасибо большое за проведенную операцию в феврале по ректопластике. Замечательный хирург! Дай Бог здоровья этому человеку.
