My husband was lying before the New Year (he was admitted by ambulance with suffocation at the weekend to the doctor on duty). Such a place.... On Monday, the attending physician began to ask her husband questions about why he was prescribed antibiotics and in general, why he was hospitalized (probably, it was necessary to read the medical history "in scrap"). After 5 days, the husband was thrown home, although the attacks of suffocation remained, with the words "this is not our profile, you need a pulmonologist." Prescribing examinations or transferring to another department are also not their methods... In short, the 4th hospital is no longer the same....
The operation was performed here in cardiology. The intensive care unit is decent, new, chic, and the operating room is generally impressive! The girls in the intensive care unit are just smart. Each patient is washed, treated, the bed is changed every day, treated in one word as if they were relatives. The attitude is negligent, to say nothing, at first a young girl left the office, began to interview everyone in the corridor who was in pain and, without even understanding, offered to go for an X-ray (after which I reminded her that I was pregnant), she came to her senses. But the most terrible thing is that the pregnant girl was diagnosed according to the tests of an outsider man (which were good) and her full name was clearly written there. She looked at me as a person who just uselessly takes up her time, wrote a local treatment for the nose and throat, which you already doubt, without really explaining anything, sent it. And it's good that we stayed under the office, she came out and came to her senses that she did not perform an examination according to my tests, because mine really are not very good. But I didn't go into much detail here either. I sent her home, in a really bad state.
A good hospital, many different departments, it is convenient that it is very close. There are both paid services and free of charge. Paid services are not sky-high compared to medical centers.
The repairs at the hospital were excellent, but this did not affect the quality of service in any way. The parents took turns in pulmonology during the year. Dad was lucky, he got to the head. Therefore, the treatment was effective and under control. Mom wasn't so lucky. There is no bypass on weekends, the nurse is on duty drunk on weekends and is not even able to pour medicine for inhalation. The second nurse removes the catheter without treatment. They are outraged beyond belief!

The urinary catheter was put to my father in such a way that they practically made him disabled, because after this manipulation, everything swelled and bled!!! Much more can be said about this medical institution ....Tip: if your relatives are elderly or disabled, send them to this medical institution only with your personal and round-the-clock presence, otherwise you risk taking back a large black package with a referral to a two-meter apartment!!!

Отличные специалисты своего дела, очень вежливый и высококвалифицированный персонал. Лежал во 2-м отделении кардиохирургии, прекрасный заведующий - Шумовец Вадим Владимирович, который делал мне операцию! Высокий европейский уровень лечения! Остались только хорошие впечатления!
Одна из самых больших больниц города. Большое количество корпусов. Профессиональные врачи и медсестры. Сделан ремонт. Имеется хороший буфет на 8 этаже. Из минуусов только то, что на диагностику требуется переходить через двор или подземные ходы в другой корпус. Спасибо персоналу за их труд!

Недавно пришлось побывать в данной больнице. ЛОР отделение. Делала операцию на перегородке носа. Вместо недели, пролежала две. Была высокая температура все это время. Таблетки и уколы пришлось выпрашивать ,т.к. всем все равно. И как итог, выписали с температурой и забыли пластинку в носу. Через неделю я вернулась обратно, т.к. из-за этой пластины, все нагноилось. С боем попала к заведующей...короче говоря , впечатления ужасные.

В декабре 2022 года здесь "лечилась" моя девушка. Это был урологический корпус, 8-й этаж.
В общем, что могу сказать - чего не каснись, всё оставляет желать лучшего. Условия более чем скромные. Если у человека установлен катетер, то пакеты здесь вообще не промывают. Пока сам не напомнишь о своей проблеме.
Чтобы, например, измерить давление, то нужно куда-то идти, именно там, в потаенном месте стоит стол с тонометром. А, если ты не можешь встать...
Обращение к пациентам неуважительное и хамское.
Самые воспитанные - это сами врачи. А, если медсестра или санитарка, то такое... хамло.
Не хотелось бы здесь снова оказаться.
Ремонта никакого. Если ты передвигаешься в инвалидной коляске, то ты не сможешь попасть в туалет и душевую. Совсем для таких людей ничего не предусмотрено.
И ещё много-много недочётов. Сразу видно - нога проверяющего сюда ещё не ступала.
Или вообще на эти проблемы где-то там, наверху, закрывают глаза.
Отзыв касается старого корпуса хирургии. К работе хирургов анестезиологов нет никаких вопросов, а только слова благодарности. А вот вопрос к администрации которая на нет свела дисциплину. Начиная с КПП, где проходной двор. В реанимации интерны устроили посиделки с пиццей и судя по выхлопу одного из них были возлевания алкоголя. Курят везде. По выходным остаёшься один на один с "зелёными" интернами у большинства которых нет ни малейшего призвания в медицине и за их работой, или бездействием практически никто не следит.
Отец сломал нос. Приехали, не могли приемное отделение 30 мин найти. Всю территорию обошли. На корридоре просидели 2,5 часа. Это было бы норма если людей было много, но перед нами один человек. Сначала перед нами закрыли на кварцевание. С кварцевания вернулись не 15 минут позже. Потом занимались единственной перед нами пациенткой. В соседнем кабинете было пусто(второй врач был свободен), но принять не могут так как наша поликлиника привазана к этому кабинету!( Тупизм! Отношение очень плохое. Нос поравняли за 15 минут. За это спасибо! Только за это 3 звезды, а так бы 0. Я имел имел в 20 году лежать с ковидом в 6ой на Ботанической, так там отношение было на 10балов. Особенно медсестры-просто ангелы!
Это хорошее фото нового корпуса на заставке. Бывал в старом корпусе... вроде ,как ремонт начали. А так - ужас в туалетах и душевых, а ведь больница специализированная. Туалет и душ- не благо, а необходимость при лечении.
И врачи разные... некоторые вызывают откровенное недоумение своим поведением и прежде всего отношение к больным...
В целом поклон труженникам мед . фронта за их труд!
