To pick up a payment card forgotten in the information kiosk, you need to wait 2 days. That's the speed of work. They say wait for the SMS. Then come back. The card is transferred to the accounting department. There it is entered into the bank's computer. Then she is lowered to the 1st floor (apparently she is carried by a disabled person or a blind person). That's the kind of dancing. Therefore, even 1 is a lot.
