I brought my bike here on July 25th. The brake handle was changed, and some other small things: the mirror was screwed on. The carriage on my 7-year-old bike was replaced for the first time (!). I also had a plastic chain guard broken, but it wasn't available here, so they didn't put a new one. But for some reason, the attachment to this protection was removed. When I asked, I was told to look in the store and they would deliver. Ok. I am bringing plastic protection on August 20th. Master: - that's 40 rubles...
how? for what? I say that if the mount had not been removed during the repair, then all the work would be to make one hole in the plastic shield under the bolt.
The master went on the principle and said that since I was so greedy, he would mount the chain guard, but he would not put the shield on principle. Apparently, they don't know what a public offer agreement is..Oh well. Looking ahead, I will say that a shield was installed for me in another place for free. We made a hole and screwed it in 3 minutes.
Let's go back here: I unscrewed the connecting rods, the carriage, put my shield mount in place, does not put the shield itself, returns the bike with the words: do you know that you have water in a glass and the bearings are rusted? Of course, I don't know! There is no carriage and 1 month, why is it already rusty? I don't drive through puddles, but two weeks ago (!) I got caught in the rain once.(let me remind you that my bike is 7 years old and the carriage needed to be replaced for the first time, but here it is 1 month and "you have rusty bearings").
I ask them what to do? so every season I have to give 100 rubles to the carriage (or is that the calculation?). They said that you won't do anything, the water will get in.
There are no questions about the fact that water gets in. But to the fact that after 25 days of operation and one rain, they are already rusty - there is a question about the quality of the part. Okay. I searched the forums. Other masters share their experience. Who drills holes in the glass, who else does something, but in general, it is advised to fill the glass with maximum lubrication when replacing the carriage, because there is little lubricant from the factory in the carriage. And with this approach, the water is less likely to "get" to the bearings. And they say that, according to experience, even the cheapest carriages then serve for years! I am returning to the repair with an attempt to "make peace" and not end on a negative note. I ask you to "fill the glass with grease" with my payment. But... they refuse. They say we will not work with you, because you do not trust our opinion (guys, well, read the laws already or something)... then literally ".. and in general, why did you decide that you have rust there? We didn't have to tell you.." (c) the administrator. There are no words, only emotions, as they say...It's a direct demonstration of honesty and logic. Handsome guys.
In short, I increase the score to two points by the handle of the tormaz, and the rest is the undermining of my nervous system, unwillingness to learn from experience and learn..
