A modern complex, and the main thing is not the height of 20 floors. Construction is underway nearby and is expected behind the buildings. Overall, a great place to live, not far from Yerevan. There are shops within walking distance, the Rokola supermarket is right next to it, just go down with incredibly delicious pastries from the confectionery Marush.
