We stood for 7 hours at the checkpoint of the Israeli side, the terrible attitude towards the guests! The room is terribly cold, there is nowhere to sit down even. Of the 9 windows, 2 worked with varying success! First of all, residents of Israel were allowed to pass (which is not surprising, of course), but there were more than 200 people in the general queue who wanted to see Israel with an excursion program. It didn't work out, thanks to the checkpoint staff!!!
