The living room is not cleaned up,ants are everywhere and cockroaches come out of the sockets, the shower is completely working, the breakfasts are not tasty at all,no towels,no brushes or toothpaste,the staff is not kind at all,rude,they asked for boiling water, rolled their eyes and said not our problems,they asked for cleaning and changed the already dirty laundry, they said no Then there 's a dead fly on the windowsill, rancid water in the fridge, in a blackened mold, and an apple in the bedside table that 's rotten . 💆♀️

A good hotel in its price segment. It's warm, the bed is comfortable, the bed linen is clean and pleasant. There is a bit of a problem with hot water pressure. Delicious breakfasts like grandma's at home!

We visited 5 hotels from 14,000 to 24,000 tenge . This turned out to be the best. Friendly staff. A good breakfast. Clean linen and towels and bathrobes. In terms of cleanliness, it is clean from 5 to 4.5 solid. , in other hotels it was dirtier and here the furniture is normal , not shabby as in hotels of 20,000 to 24,000 and a very excellent mattress.
