I lived for three weeks, came from Moscow on a business trip. Clean, cozy, friendly staff. Very convenient geolocation, everything is nearby:a bank, a train station, a market, and of course this is the city center. I have only good impressions, I will recommend them to my friends.
The Saikhan Hotel has very pleasant, helpful receptionists who will always help you with any question. I really liked this hotel, stayed there 2 times already and I want to come back again and again. Thank you for the cleanliness, comfort and pleasant communication. See you soon. :)
Well, first of all, questions to the staff and personally to the owner of the hotel. Both the cleaners and the hotel owner can come to your room without knocking, using their master cards. The cleaners are fine, but when he comes in personally, for some reason, it is not clear and does not explain, because he does not speak Russian. So be prepared if you rest, sleep, and suddenly the door opens! There are not even "do not disturb" or "clean the room" signs for the first time I came across this.
About the breakfast that is included in the accommodation. You can even get one of the first, but there may be practically nothing until you tell yourself what you would cook, this is also not clear. So, see for yourself, decide for yourself. There are no questions about cleanliness in the room and cleaning in general, the rooms are fresh
I don't recommend it. Dirty rooms, service and service - zero. And the breakfast is vapshe, the night administrator-a young guy (student) prepares breakfast. And the price of the rooms is so high, it's not worth even half of this money.
