The hotel is located 1.7 km from the center. The rooms are a little tired, there is no balcony, things can only be dried on the common stairs or taken to the laundry. The room's air conditioner worked well, the Wi-Fi was working, but sometimes it slowed down in the evening. The large bed consisted of two beds, about 3 m wide and 2 m long. The shower was fine, hot water, everything was working. They didn't give enough shower gels for two people, there was no soap in the room, and they constantly went to the reception asking for shower gels. The cleaning is mediocre, they asked to change the bed linen themselves (we stayed at the hotel for 14 days). The breakfasts are simple: fried eggs, Fo-Bo, toasts, sausages, fruits (watermelon, patajaya, guava) noodles, sliced ham, disgusting coffee, green tea. Massage (Bardel) is available on the 10th floor of this hotel. The beach is great, across the street, there are almost no people who like privacy. I do not recommend this hotel for a long stay!!!

A small hotel with reasonable prices. It is located on the first line from the sea in Nha Trang, not in the center, but with a beautiful park in front of the beach. You can walk to the city center if you get tired in bars or restaurants, you can take a bicycle rickshaw back for 50-70 dong, 1.5 km from the center. Breakfast for 4, the best dish is Pho Bo type soup, for 5.

We had a rest in March 2026 We arrived at the hotel at 2:20 p.m. and waited another 30 minutes for check-in.We took a room with a sea view, they gave it on the 15th floor, the room was small (but well organized, so it was comfortable) and a MAGNIFICENT VIEW FROM the WINDOW (the entire coast of Nha Trang, the sea, the islands are in the palm of your hand), clean, but there were cockroaches in the room Breakfasts were weak fruits of 2-3 kinds, hot dishes and coffee were barely warm, the tables were dirty (the waiter just threw crumbs on the floor with a dry cloth, arriving late you might not find the table cleaned) Beach towels were not always laid out , 10 pieces for the entire hotel The beach is across the street,clean There is a very beautiful park in front of the hotel The hotel is located at the end of the European quarter, so the prices in the shops are cheaper, less fuss

There are cockroaches in the hotel, they settled us by raising the room category to the 15th floor, and in the evening we found cockroaches running around the bed, jackafu, and a bunch of cockroaches in the shower... They are in no hurry to relocate, there are no phone numbers.. They moved to the 11th floor and a couple of cockroaches also ran through there.. everything was treated with a remedy, they were waiting for new ones with horror.. They charge 500,000 dong at the entrance, they will not return it (they will find a reason, for example, dirty bed linen, which was already dirty). They earn money on their underwear, but they don't return the money to everyone when they leave, referring to dirty laundry. The staff is rude, unresponsive, and unwilling to solve problems or help. The rooms are dead, everything is broken, dirty and in mold (the photo on the website does not match). The dining room is terrifying, both the food and the atmosphere and the number of locals (there is often nowhere to sit, there are not enough tables). They lie that they will repair it (we still have a broken mirror, the TV was only changed when they started connecting the tour operator). Rooms with a bathroom in the rooms and an inoperable sauna (why?). And what a terrible pool there is, it's just completely unsanitary. You can't swim there at all. There is no soap in the room (this is the first time I've encountered it), it's not available anywhere in the hotel, they say they don't give it. It's not worth it to spoil your nerves and stay in this hotel.

I do not recommend this hotel! Everything is terrible and mayhem at the reception! They try not to return the deposit under any pretext, they try to provide rooms that are not of the appropriate category when checking in! Just about making a scandal, they give you what's booked! The breakfasts are a complete disappointment, the rooms below the 9th floor are filthy and have not been cleaned for years, the appliances do not work, half of the light bulbs are defective, the sockets do not work, all surfaces are stained or in some kind of sticky substance! Never set foot in this hotel again!

The hotel is not bad. But it's a setup when you check out! They are trying not to refund the deposit, claiming that they have stained their underwear with fruits or lipstick. We bred so many people, read about it and saw it, we couldn't avoid it ourselves, it cost a hundred thousand dong. Three-course breakfasts. The hotel itself is well located. The rooms are small and of some kind ...A sauna was crammed into the room. We will never go to it again!!!
