We've booked a table. When we arrived, he was busy. The staff immediately forgot Russian. They put me at another table. No one came near us for an hour. We came to celebrate a birthday. The celebration was instantly ruined. OK, we drove purposefully for the view. Dessert was offered as an apology and a "gift." OK. Dessert, of course, did not forget to include in the bill. I have never seen such a bestial attitude. The whole impression of Baku was ruined by this, if I may say so, "restaurant". But in fact, it's a diner with a beautiful view. Dirty furniture, broken plates, mediocre food.

They just threw away 120 manats. It's a shame.

Leaky tablecloths (as if cigarette butts were extinguished), dead furniture, all broken and mismatched dishes, and the quality of the food has also deteriorated significantly. At the same time, they still manage to take money for the service fee. For such money, location and appearance, normal service and repairs are asking for. I won't come back.
