Overall very attractive all inclusive resort. Very nice location, and excellent staff and fantastic variation in food options. A lot of different activities for kids, and pool-areas. Neat, clean, and highly recommended!

Positives: The football program for the kids is amazing and an amazing experience when they play in the final against other Rixos hotels. The food is delicious and lots of choice. Access to the Land of Legends and the bus service there and back was fantastic. The kids club was nice. Suggestions: I would like some outside seating in the restaurant to be non smoking to enjoy the scenery with the kids whilst eating without inhaling smoke from other tables. It would have been great if we could hire or buy some tennis rackets for the coaching at a reasonable price, but €20 for one hour was abit much for me. I should have packed my own. On check-in it would of been helpful to get some information about the hotel, the sports available and land of legends but we arrived at 4am, so some time the next day would have been helpful. By the time the rep contacted me, i had already figured out must of it myself and helped inform other clueless arrivals.

The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff were very friendly. Access to Land of Legends was very useful and could save you a lot of money if you plan to attend—especially with a big family. The food was good; however, if you have allergies such as gluten intolerance, you may struggle to find suitable options. You would need to speak to guest services in advance each day and to a manager in the restaurant. The wait time for allergy-friendly meals can vary and may be challenging. Aside from this, the hotel is lovely. The pools are exceptionally clean, and the hotel is directly on its own private beach. I dropped a star because my daughter and wife are coeliac, and it was very difficult for them to find food they could eat.
