For many years we admired the abandoned station. And this year there was a wonderful, cozy, very stylish establishment. The beauty is extraordinary not only for the building itself, but also for the surrounding area. I would like to say a few words about the bartender who makes coffee. Thanks!!! The espresso is incredible!!!!!!! I can safely say that such a taste and richness is rare, who knows how to cook! We will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone!

С семьей зашли после прогулки до кельи, интересуясь, что стало на месте заброшенного домика над речкой. Большой, открытый бар привлек внимание - мужчина бармен на высоте. Все напитки идеальны. Брали смузи (банан клубника. По классике, понимая как это ± делается, оценили бы, наверное, 4 из 5 - скорее как сладкоежки, чем приверженцы пп. Ягодный смузи. Попробовали все. Облизнулись все. Ягодный вкус очарователен. Да, не приторно, но необычайно прекрасно, 5 из 5) и кофе (раф карамель-орех нечто, 5 из 5. С коньяком, по оценкам людей, кто любит алкоголь, тоже 5 из 5). Как сладкоежки прикоснулись к прекрасному - по рекомендации официантки - к щербету с ягодами. Ждать было долго - но и людей тоже много, почти все столы заняты, коих немало. Но оно того стоило. Сладкий, не приторный десерт с песочным печеньем и орехами, оттененный цитрусовым кумкватом, и, вроде, голубикой (семья-чайки съели, не поделились и не сказали что это). Сочетание вкусов прекрасно. В общем: Виды - 5 из 5. Красиво, сказать нечего. Атмосфера - 6 из 5. Ощущение центра жизни среди леса, приятно. Блюда - 7 из 5. Упомянула выше, насколько все прекрасно. Ценник - 2 из 5. Пупупу. Оверпрайс, но, может, конечно, это мое бедное мышление, но тяжело воспринимать стакан пусть и очуменно вкусного кофе, но за 600 рублей. Официанты - 4 из 5. По первому зову подходили, приносили, подавали - вопросов нет. Особенно позабавило то, что подали две пепельницы на двух курящих. Не встречали такого обычно, очень мило. Смутил момент не знания меню - может, работают не сильно давно, может, позиции меняются, но момент принятия заказа шел туго. Не люблю ставить низкие оценки, да и тут основная беда высокий ценник - либо узкий карман.

Restobar Psyrtskha is an amazing place, very atmospheric. The service is top-notch. Our table is served by waiter Victoria, a very nice and helpful girl. We liked it so much that we had breakfast there and returned for dinner, having visited all the decent establishments of New Athos. We had cheesecake and coffee with Baileys for breakfast. The portions are very large, and we stayed full until the evening. For dinner, we had tempura shrimp, a sizzling frying pan (vegetables with beef) - very tasty! - beetroot and cheese salad is absolutely amazing! And the cherry on the cake was a steak with pepper sauce - it's just an explosion of the brain and taste buds.👍

The coffee shop inside is cozy and nice, but I really ask you to add not only sweets to the menu, but also sandwiches or hot dogs. The restaurant is very pleasant, with a large selection of drinks and dishes. Very nice waiters who will help with the choice. The food is delicious, something is not, the meat is overdried, the desserts are primitive, not wow. There are no basic items on the tables (napkins, toothpicks, etc.), you have to ask and not once. The kitchen is weak on the assortment.. The waiting time is extended, at least due to the fact that they talk a lot and are not attentive.. The only and biggest advantage of this institution is the location, a beautiful place by a pond, a waterfall, a foothill, everything is very pretty. I'll have to think hard about coming back.. But, we decided to come again purely because of the location, we can say that we gave another chance, the waiter and the cook did their job, all the dishes were ready, the meat was not overdried. Despite the fact that the establishment was already open, the employees said they were late and would work later. They can't just set up tables for the guests to sit down, because the "runners" are late (I wonder why this information is needed as a guest). OK, we set up the tables ourselves, because the bartender can't set them up, but we three girls with a pregnant friend can. It's not a big deal. They asked to wipe the table - again a refusal! To make coffee - a refusal! I have never seen such a level of indifference anywhere! So much effort has been invested , so much money , and this is a great example of how a business is being ruined by the people who work in it! I sincerely want such comrades who don't care about the guests to be fired, and such establishments become better without them and delight the guests!

We decided to celebrate the last day of football training camp with the children in this "restaurant" (3 adults, 3 children) . No one warned that the cooking would take a long time, only an hour after the order was accepted, they reported that the delay in the kitchen was from 40 minutes. As a result, we waited 2 hours!!! And the food was carried with time delays. That is, the children ate during this time, and we all continued to wait. During the same time, I was scratched by a cat until it bled. Napkins with alcohol were brought to me, of course, but this did not improve the overall impression of the situation. As a result, we were shortchanged by 1,650. Apparently, there is a strategy in this restaurant, to bring customers to the point where they want to escape from there, and in the end, add dishes that we did not order! Salad and 2 extra steaks were not ordered! I am attaching a photo. Special greetings to the receptionist and waiter Angelina! By the way, we didn't wait for the administrator. In general, if you want to lose time, money and mood, I recommend it!

The cafe itself was beautifully done, I do not dispute, but it has already become pretentious somehow. And the staff!!! They serve only locals, they run to them right away and walk around all the time. We were sitting there, with zero reaction, until we were almost caught by the hand, and our faces were unhappy. They tried to call me several times even after the food was brought, two waitresses looked at it and did not react in any way. I just wanted to get up and leave without paying.
