I was looking for a hotel to stay in Dubai before a cruise on the Persian Gulf. The requirements were as follows: the presence of a swimming pool, delicious breakfasts and at the same time as cheap as possible. As a result, the Premier Inn Dubai Investment Park 3* was chosen, it cost 30 thousand for four people for three nights. The only thing the hotel is not very good at is the small rooms, they gave a standard room for four with one double bed, one single bed and one cot (but with a normal thick mattress). The bed linen is premium, the sound insulation is just super, the breakfasts are excellent - only milk porridges are missing, everything else is there, which usually happens for breakfast. Dubai Investment Park Metro Station is 200 meters from the hotel entrance. Nearby is a small supermarket Delta Center, open until midnight, where, in principle, you can buy everything you need, a lot of promotional prices, in general, almost everything is cheaper than in Carrefour. A 15-minute walk away is a large shopping center with a McDonald's and two liquor stores, in one of which I bought a liter of good whiskey for 25 (!!!) dirhams. It's a bit far from the port of Rashid, but it's really budget-friendly.
An excellent hotel in terms of price-quality ratio. The room is spacious, there is enough storage space, it is cleaned every day. The staff is very friendly. On the day of arrival, we were checked in earlier than the set time, we did not have to wait 4 hours for check-in. We asked for an iron and more clothes hangers. They brought everything to us right away. The metro is nearby, it takes a couple of minutes to walk. And it turned out to be very important for us that at this metro stop you can safely sit down and comfortably get to the main attractions without transfers. It is already problematic to sit down at the following stations. The time difference is 10 minutes. I definitely recommend this hotel and I will choose it on my next visits to Dubai!
Excellent hotel chain, clean, prompt staff, there is breakfast for children for free, there is also a Costa coffee shop and an excellent sports bar.
Spacious rooms for families with children.
A large enough heated rooftop pool. It takes 3 minutes to walk from the metro.
Dubai Marina Beach is 6 metro stations away.
I lived several times when I was on business trips. More or less clean, cleaning daily. Breakfast is a buffet, if you don't live long, you won't have time to get bored. If you live for 2 weeks or more, you can't see these breakfasts anymore))) You can also include lunches and dinners in the room rate, their menu changes once a week. There is a metro station nearby. As an option for a business trip, it is quite acceptable. I do not advise you to relax, because it is far from everything.
Nice clean hotel near the metro. There is a rooftop pool. On the downside, it is far from the main places in Dubai, but you can get there in 30-40 minutes by metro. A taxi will leave about 90-100 dirhams
I will put 5 stars, because for the budget that my stay cost me, the hotel deserves it.
Yes, the hotel is not new and this can be seen both in the lobby and in the rooms. But.
Service and attention to the staff is higher than the level of the hotel.
Cleanliness is monitored, requests are fulfilled, everything that should work works. What doesn't work is promptly repaired.
The food is not varied, but there is quality and there is plenty to choose from.
The first negative impression about the condition of the hotel is further leveled by the professional work of the staff, attention and high goodwill.
The location is decent for its location.
I wish the hotel to be updated physically and you can safely hang a couple more stars))
Nice hotel. Nearby metro shops, including Lilu. The hotel is clean, the staff responds quickly to requests. The breakfasts are good. You won't stay hungry. A rooftop pool , even two . Children have a depth of 0.9. in the big one, the depth is up to 1.5.
The hotel is new, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfasts are delicious, a very large selection of dishes for every taste. Special thanks to the staff who are always ready to help, they helped me figure out and activate the local SIM card. The hotel is very clean, daily cleaning. The metro is within walking distance. There are several supermarkets nearby.
I stayed at this hotel in the summer of 2019. There is nothing around the hotel except the construction of a new private sector and the desert, there is at least a 30-minute taxi ride to the nearest cevilization. I didn't like it.
Dubai is being built quickly and maybe in the near future everything will change, but for now there is only one star.
