A pleasant hotel. The entrance group will not impress you, but the design of the rooms and especially the panoramic view from them will create the right mood. Inside, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The heating and cooling system (climate control) is powerful. But in the bathroom on the upper floors there are difficulties with pressure and for some reason it is cold water, but only occasionally. The rooms have beautiful balconies with summer chairs, the location is good, everything in the hotel still smells new.

In general, not bad, clean, rooms are cleaned every day, the staff is polite. But... Too much pathos... Everything is in black and gray tones.. And it's a bit of pressure.. At the same time, there were no banal trifles in terms of amenities. For example, there was no shoe spoon, toothbrush, disposable razor in the room. It seems like nonsense and probably you can ask for everything at the reception, but if you really create the image of a cool hotel, why not take care of such little things in the hotel room? The refrigerator does not cool, and it seems to be such a problem in all rooms. At least in my room and in the room of a colleague, he did not get cold from the word "at all". The air conditioner did not work for heat, despite the fact that it is autumn outside and in the room, it is already cool in the evening, especially if the weather is rainy. The 14th floor had to be climbed by two elevators with a transition to another building. Although there is a buffet breakfast, but none. Again, everything is pathetically beautifully laid out. But there's really nothing to take. Tasteless cotton fruits, dried pastries, pilaf (for breakfast.. it's brilliant, but what's not a hodgepodge or a barbecue?), from normal only sausages, eggs, omelet. The coffee is disgusting from the jug... And every day the same breakfast, the dishes do not change from the word "absolutely". A huge hall for a large number of people, but the "kitchen" itself is on a small patch, where everyone interferes with each other, a queue is created..

We were at a New Year's Eve party there. at the end of the evening, they wanted to cheat for money, they say, they didn't pay for the entrance. We spent an hour sorting it out. We watched the cameras, and it turned out that of course we paid right away. It was disgusting and unpleasant, but no one even apologized.
