I rented a car from them during the sanctions period, when I couldn't pay for my reservation from Russia. I agreed on what's up without prepayment, of course. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised that I was met right at the airport with a sign with my name on it. The car I selected on the website was already parked next to the airport exit. We issued documents directly on the hood of the car, with full insurance coverage (therefore we did not take the deposit), paid without problems with the MIR card and on the way. I also handed it over right before boarding. Thank you very much to the company for working with an individual approach. It was a little difficult to communicate via messenger, but nevertheless we agreed. I recommend it!
