Very friendly staff, cozy rooms, small spa, excellent location, just a few steps from the most popular tourist attractions. Upstairs there is a veranda and a restaurant with a round view of the city. It is better to choose a room with windows to the courtyard, those that look out onto the street are filled with the noise of a passing tram and the calls of the muezzin in the morning. However, earplugs are included in the room equipment))). The spa is small and cute, but the hammam and sauna are cool, and the counterflow and Jacuzzi do not work. The breakfasts are standard, but the coffee is good, and the Turkish tea is out of competition.
If you are in Istanbul, I definitely recommend the Neorion hotel. In addition to the convenient location, where the main attractions are located within walking distance: the legendary Topkapi Palace, the Blue Mosque, St. Sophia Cathedral and the mystical Basilica Cistern, the hospitality of the staff, starting from the hotel administrators, ending with friendly and smiling maids, and this added to the "piggy bank" ideas about Istanbul and even the worst weather could not spoil We're in the mood. Good, varied Turkish-European breakfasts, fragrant local coffee and sweets were charged for tourist exploits. There is a restaurant with panoramic views on the roof, the cuisine is very tasty, the prices are reasonable. I recommend you to visit! And at the end of the day, when you were running around the sights, you can relax in the hammam or sauna, swim in the pool or pamper yourself with a massage. The administrator informs you about the price upon check-in, so don't worry. The pool and sauna, by the way, are free. So, to fully immerse yourself in the charming atmosphere of Istanbul, choose the right hotel)) and we were lucky with the choice.
We had a rest in November 2023. No problem, the room is clean, well done, everything is comfortable. The hotel staff has a score of 6 points on a 5-point scale! Starting from the entrance to the hotel, when we were greeted with a brief overview of the sights of Istanbul, marking them on the map, they answered all our questions, also noting everything that interested us on the map, told us in all details, gave us an Istanbul card so that we would not buy it, they simply returned it at check-out. The breakfast is a buffet, quite varied and every day they add something new, the waiters try to create a homely atmosphere, treat you as if you were a guest not at the hotel, but at their house. The SPA has a good pool and steam rooms, massage for a fee, but it's worth it. The maids cleaned the room perfectly. Upon entering the room, a welcome bow is greeted, it turned out that it was not only welcome, the vase was replenished as it was emptied all the time. The rooms either face the street, but it's a bit noisy, or into the courtyard, no view, but quieter, who likes what. In general, a hotel where you want to return.
