The first impression was deceptive! Before the New Year, as a gift to my son, I bought a set in this store. Electric guitar, combo amplifier, cord, case and other accessories. I gave away about 2500 bel.rub. Everything was OK. Today we went with my son to choose an acoustic guitar. He studies hard at guitar courses. The choice fell on Yamaha. The consultant is generally handsome. Moreover, at the moment when another client approached him, he continued to "kick" on the guitar. And it looked like outright disrespect. So on, he gave it out even better. He says to my son, "since you have an electrician, maybe you don't need to buy acoustics?!? This is a different religion!)" Then we went down to the lower level, to the hall with electric guitars. We rented a couple of guitars that we were interested in. The sales manager came running and made a remark to us that you can't shoot on your own, but you need to ask an employee. I have a simple question: Guys, if you have a free product layout and the client has the opportunity to inspect the product he is interested in on his own, why are you preventing this? If you want the customer to pick up the goods only with your permission, place the goods under lock and key and give them to your health. He also had the audacity to tell me that I might have scratched the guitar! In general, I ruined the whole weekend mood. With this attitude, there is no desire to buy in this store.
