I was yesterday, June 23rd, in the morning for two coffees and a croissant (all with me). cappuccino and flat white. The cappuccino came out as a milky drink, there was no coffee at all, it was more or less flat, but there was no lid (that's okay) on the cup. There was a hitch with the croissant, too, but the guy did a good job - he got out, and it was delicious. The result is that I was passing through here, the last time was two and a half years ago, and I will say that the quality has dropped. Back then, the coffee was amazing - both flat and cappuccino, I took it from you every morning 4 times in a row. I hope the cafe administration will take action. And tomorrow I'd better go get a coffee at the mac.

Amazingly delicious breakfasts and desserts.. the prices are absolutely adequate! I definitely recommend it!!! I really enjoyed the English breakfast.. The atmosphere is very atmospheric.

I want to share my impressions of visiting the coffee shop yesterday (05/10/2026). I was served by a very young guy, obviously new. Yes, he wasn't working fast and was a little nervous, but it was clear that he was trying very hard to do everything right. This is normal for a person who is just learning. However, I was deeply upset by the behavior of the girl mentor (if I understood correctly), who was on shift with him. She was extremely annoyed and allowed herself to publicly chastise him in such a tone that I, as a visitor, was uncomfortable , I can't even imagine how the guy felt. In my opinion, such behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. Beginner training is about patience and support, not bullying in front of visitors. I really want to convey my words of support to this guy. He will definitely succeed, the main thing is to keep trying and not lose confidence in himself. The administration is kindly requested to pay attention to the methods of mentoring at this point, so that such a toxic atmosphere does not scare away either new employees or guests. As for the coffee shop itself, the coffee is delicious, I always take it here if I'm in the area. PS: there used to be amazing coffee bean cakes with cheesecake inside, it's a pity that they stopped selling.
