In general, I bought a laptop from them. Arrived. The whole laptop is battered. The battery is non-working. I wrote on May 7, 3 days after receiving support. They replied after 4 days that they had transferred the contacts to the service department. It took another 3 days, they said hello how to help. I described the problem again. Today is May 19th. There is no answer. Looks like a kid.
