I'll give you 5 stars for the gorgeous bags, excellent quality with an interesting design! We were in this store, but I didn't buy anything, just looked) But I am the owner of 4 bags of this brand and I am sooo happy! I definitely recommend it! I know that the production is located in Grodno, but I have seen their stores in Vitebsk and Minsk. Most likely in every city of Belarus. In Russia, their bags are presented on marketplaces. The price justifies the quality by 100%. Good luck to you and more interesting new products

I really didn't want to write such a review, but I had to because I didn't expect the strap in the bag to fly off! 3 days In one of the shops (on Sovetskaya Street, TSUM) I bought a summer bag and purse for every day from a new collection, there was no limit to happiness, but what was the disappointment when on the 3rd day the strap flew off along with the stitching and all the contents of the bag fell on the asphalt at the most inappropriate moment, the glass in the iPhone flashed (the reason to buy is it new?) By weight, the bag contained the same items (keys, wallet, and phone). But the most interesting thing started later, I wrote on the manufacturer's official website, they told me to contact the store only physically, at that time I had already left Grodno and there was a stalemate, they could not fix the bag or make a replacement or compensate for the repair, there were a lot of representative offices, but there was exactly zero benefit from this in my situation (230 rubles is possible thrown in the trash, + iPhone repair) Separately, I want to share a review about the wallet of the white cvktv with the lion logo, I carried it for exactly a year, then I had to buy a new one, despite the fact that the leather was of excellent quality, the paint was all scuffed and the appearance, to put it mildly, became dirty and not presentable, while the wallet had special care and carried it in a separate bag so that it would not it absorbed dirt from foreign objects. Alas and ah, but I will not buy more macs, their products last exactly one year, although in the case of the bag even less. A little later, I added a photo of a white purse and a suede backpack

We came to visit relatives in Grodno, and while walking around the city, we decided to go to the shopping center, where we visited the MAKEY brand store. We were served by a salesperson with a very bright appearance, brunette Diana P. I was satisfied with the purchase and service of the seller, who found an approach and, as a professional in her field, skillfully led us to make a purchase (although there were no plans to purchase something) She is a very polite, beautiful, smiling, friendly and helpful girl. Thank her very much! I was satisfied with the purchase and service, which is rare today. Therefore, my rating is definitely 5 stars. I recommend everyone to visit this store! Prosperity to the store and more generous and adequate customers!

The worst branch of Makei! The store itself is great, I've been going to it at different addresses for several years now, as it turns out. And almost always the staff were very polite and advised me well. As a person who knows nothing about fashion and styles, and especially about materials and care for things, I often ask a lot of questions to consultants, in fact, they work there for this. There used to be a nice girl in TSUM, it was nice to talk to her. But the current employee at the center is just TERRIBLE!!! I went to look at the assortment, 0 attention to the buyer, everything is turned to the phone. I understand that I might not have been visible when I came in, but the wallet stand is right next to the employee. I had to call out to her. So she turned to me with such a displeased face, as if I were an enemy of the people. I was already taken aback. The answer to all my questions was to fuck off, no exact answers, as if the employee didn't know anything in principle. The bag is made of nothing, no colors, NOTHING. I received absolutely no consultation, and the desire to buy something disappeared from me. I don't know how your shifts work, but when I decided to come in another day and saw that dark-haired girl again, I immediately didn't want to go. It is better to choose employees, no customer will put up with such dissatisfaction with themselves!!! Never set foot in this store again. I hope that the management of Makei will pay attention to the work of this branch and take measures to ensure that all employees are as attentive and competent as in other stores of the chain. A very sweet red-haired girl on the crown, answered absolutely all my questions about new products and care, and was also very polite, or the girl from Trinity also tells me everything clearly. But THIS attitude, as if I'm interfering with her life, is just disgusting!!! 😡😡😡
