I signed up for Lexus Astana at Kabanbai batyr 37 on Thursday, April 25, 2024 to replace the stabilizer bushings. An employee of the salon said that the work that I want to do on the car will cost 28,800 tenge. I agreed and signed up. I took time off from work on Thursday to carry out work in Lexus Astana and at 9:00 I approached a specialist with my stabilizer bushings. He informed me that at 9:00 in the morning I have an appointment for such and such work. To which I received the answer that replacing the stabilizer bushings requires additional more expensive work. I agreed to such an unpleasant surprise, because previously, when recording these additional expenses, they did not talk about them. Well, that's fine. After all, I planned and even took time off from work. But then the girl, an employee of the salon, reported that there was no master who could change the stabilizer bushings. I asked: and then why did they sign me up for these jobs?? In response, Lexus Astana employees shrugged their shoulders and remained silent. They did not apologize, did not offer another time for work. They did nothing to make amends. They are not sorry for the lost time of their clients. Therefore, if you have nothing to do, then sign up for the maintenance of your cars in Lexus Astana. They can come up with something there to turn you around so that you go to all 4 sides. I highly do not recommend this car dealership. Previously, he serviced two of his cars there. Not a foot now
Продавцы крутейшие. Нужно сначала поискать продавца, потом уговорить чтоб он соизволил рассказать про машину. А потом он говорит вы губу не раскатывайте сроки поставки 1,5- 2 года, ценник на машине висит просто для ориентира. В наличии только б/у...
Менеджер молодец, как и механики однако зав складом желает лучшего, элементарных вещей нет на складе пришлось ждать неделю, поставил бы 5 звезд но боюсь не будет честным.
Приятная зона ожидания, очень услужливые ребята в сервисе. Ценник на услуги завышен, конечно, но делают все под ключ и избавляют от дополнительных хлопот. Ни разу не подводили со сроками.
Очень странно для уровня такой компании и бренда иметь менеджеров и подход к работе, который не клиентоориентирован. С отделом продаж не сталкивался, судить не могу, но сервис особенно менеджера (опять же не все) вызывают дикое недоумение. Особенно то, что они продолжают работать после явных конфликтов с клиентами. Хотелось бы чтобы такой бренд как Lexus имел и соответствующий сервис.
