The beautiful Madeleine Church in the architectural style of the French Empire looks like a Greek or Roman temple from the outside. But the interior is admired by the combination of gold and bronze color with snow-white marble statues. I went in there for 5 minutes to take a picture, but there was a Sunday evening service, the organ was playing and a girl with professional vocals was singing. In the end, I listened and stayed there for an hour and a half until closing time.

Excellent acoustics. The hall was full at the Christmas concert, but you could hear it from any end of the hall. To carefully inspect the interior, it is better not to come during mass events.
