Terrible organization of processes, managers are not responsible for anything. They were all unfriendly and rude, as if they had personally carried this load to me on foot through a swamp. At most, they can check by code whether the cargo has arrived. There is no fixed manager, I made an agreement with one, the other is not in the know the next day. You need to ask for the invoice yourself, if you want to pick up the order promptly, there are no bounces on the movement of the cargo. Accounting is generally like in another galaxy.

Terrible company. Not only has the cargo been transported from Moscow to Minsk for more than two months (and that's not the limit, it's still on the way), but the call center staff are rude and hang up on you. It is inconceivable that such a piggish attitude towards a client is possible in 2026. I don't understand how this company is still afloat. BUT: having accidentally reached the accounting department, I heard a very polite and competent employee, from whom I received dozens of times more interesting information about the cargo than from the call center, for which, of course, I am extremely grateful to the accountant.

Never contact this sharashkin office!! The initial shipping price (suddenly) almost doubled. A crate for which they took extra money (sort of twice)It was missing, which caused 500 kg of brittle quartz laminate (the exact joints) to crack! The desk blames anyone but itself.
