Khmelniki market, as far as I know as a resident of Zhytomyr, belongs to the Chulochka microdistrict (i.e., the hosiery factory, which has now "safely" sunk into the summer through the efforts of some businessmen and those in power), but not to the Karakuli microdistrict (as a resident of Zhytomyr, to say that I was surprised by the name "Karakuli" is to say nothing).
