The top five is worth a visit! 👍We stayed at this hotel for the New Year with the whole family! Amazing kitchen with beautiful delicious dishes! A varied menu. There is a "children's table". Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and cozy rooms with everything you need (Kitchen, washing machine, ironing board, refrigerator, two bathrooms, dressing room). We also had a very beautiful view of the palace from the window 😍
The area is very quiet and peaceful because of the location.
There is a place to walk outside the hotel. A large shopping center and a park with entertainment and attractions are within walking distance.
The hotel has its own beach and swimming pools. The coastline is not large, but there are always free seats and sun loungers.
Our family would like to thank the entire staff of your hotel) An excellent hotel for a family holiday. They were from April 9 to April 21, 2024. Amazing conditions, the feeling that you are at home. Such calmness, peace. Such conditions were created daily, we felt how important we were, how happy we were, especially often we contacted the girls in the restaurant - some amazing! The room cleaning was amazing, the room was 1518, after cleaning it was as clean as in a hospital. Upon check-in, they put a crib for the youngest daughter of 2 years old. The pool is perfect, surprisingly, there was no smell of chlorine disinfectants, as it happens in other pools. Room service is also very good, any phone call with any request was carried out in a very short time - 5-7 minutes (extra blanket, water, tea, coffee). We will definitely recommend your hotel to anyone who is looking for a great vacation in Abu Dhabi.
Great! We were on the First line from 16 to 23.03. The territory is small, but green. A large swimming pool. family room: 2 beds + a large bed. There is a beautiful view from the balcony. 2 bathrooms with a bathtub and a shower. towels, bathrobes, slippers. kitchenette: stove, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, iron, washing machine. On the balcony there is a table, 2 armchairs, they asked for 2 more, they brought it. Breakfast is the same: fruits and vegetables, scrambled eggs, omelets, cheeses, sweets, sliced, baked waffles, hot sandwiches, pastries, smoothies. Drinks on order before 8.30 (according to experience) bring fresh, then regular. Lunch: fried fish, mussels, rolls. pasta in different types. Dinner: a lot of dishes! Delicious lamb on a separate table from the east. dishes. There were 3 BBQ themes, Italian,Asian. The missed dinner was rescheduled for lunch. On the beach: if you throw towels and take seats, they will clean up. There is a spa, sauna, tennis: a separate room, an hour a day for free. Walking distance to: Presidential Palace, nab. Cornish. There is a taxi in front of the hotel. Landing 5 dr, then 1.82 km. in 35 dr you can get to Saadiat, and there is an endless sea.
We had a family vacation (2 adults, a child of 6 years and a child of 1 year) for a week from October 6, 2023, "All inclusive". I liked the city of Abu Dhabi very much, green, clean, modern. They were settled ahead of time. In the lobby of the hotel there are both sofas and places for fans to sit on the floor - the children liked it. The pool is large, multi-level - without heating, it was not needed. There is a separate children's pool. The weather is still hot and stuffy there at this time, the bay is sooo warm, but barges pass nearby and the water becomes muddy after that - the children were even afraid to swim. The sun beds and towels were free, there was always enough. As always, the staff is ready to answer all questions. Our room was large, with 2 balconies, 1 large double bed, a folding bed and a sofa. The hotel is small, the territory is small, there is a supermarket nearby - which helped out well with children's supplies, Chinese souvenirs. The only trouble was with the food - they were fed the same thing. Only pasta, incomprehensible tasteless sausages. It's like there's no child at all. There was a lot of stew - beef, mutton. Rice, mashed potatoes, even for vegans there is food, but monotonous. Alcohol is not served at the hotel. There is a delicious restaurant on site. We were in different shopping centers - one supermarket and a type of flea market. Shopping for large, high-quality goods is definitely in Dubai. We didn't go on excursions. Although we met a couple of amusement parks, but in the heat somehow I don't really feel like visiting them. We were in their grocery hypermarkets - it was gorgeous. Everything is very tasty, fresh and even a little cheaper than in Russia. We liked the food from the store. In general, I recommend the hotel, but
We had a family vacation from 22.03 to 27.03, we really liked the hotel, excellent price / quality ratio. Room with a balcony and sea view, everything you need in the room, cleaning every day, water is replenished every day. Towels and linen are constantly being replaced, There is a tea station in the room, tea and coffee are replenished all the time. The food is varied, a big plus is that dinner can be easily exchanged for lunch and drinks are all provided free of charge. There are many attractions within walking distance, the Marina Mall is a 20-minute walk away.
A nice hotel on the beach, there is a large swimming pool and access to the city. I had a fairly spacious double room with access to the balcony. All services are paid at the hotel, the staff is a set of people from different countries, so it will be difficult for those who do not take English very well to understand what they want from you, they slow down a little at the reception, or when I was there, a lot of tourists just came. There are various attractions near the hotel, such as the 7-star hotel, the royal palace, which are accessible to the public.
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟A wonderful hotel. There is a whole mountain of sincere smiles from the staff, I want to leave the room more often to bathe in the attention of the hotel staff.
The food is at the highest level, a wide variety of dishes and there is always a free table for food. My stomach was not spinning, there was no heaviness after eating.
The beach is clean and sandy, the water is divine, there are many sun loungers, you can always find a free one, the pool is also at the highest level. Always free, without any fuss.
The rooms are comfortable, a huge bed, a huge bathroom.
You need to take an adapter for sockets with you.
I really liked it, many thanks to the staff.
A wonderful hotel! Helpful staff, beautiful interior, clean beach, varied food. Everything is not always delicious, but they will definitely not leave you hungry.
There is no Russian-speaking staff. They said that there is some kind of Lisa, but, in my opinion, this is a mythical character))
But, the girls at the reception do a great job through an e-translator.
And what a gorgeous view of the presidential palace! He alone is worth choosing this particular hotel!
A wonderful hotel. The location is excellent, near the presidential palace, rower 2 tower with an observation deck, marina mall shopping center, 8km beautiful embankment, presidential Palace, 30 minutes from the Louvre Museum, mangrove Park. Decent service at the hotel, I am satisfied with the food, especially on a theme evening, for example, on 09.02 there was an Asian evening, there was a huge assortment of dishes that I could not try everything. The room was 815, the view was amazing from the balcony. I recommend it!
A magnificent hotel!!! With its own beach and swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and SPA. The rooms are spacious and have their own kitchen, rooms with views of the bay or the presidential Palace, 2 kilometers from the Marina Mall shopping center, you can walk or take a taxi 12 dirhams. The food in the restaurant is great, the staff is attentive and helpful. I would like to find fault with something, but I haven't found it yet. There are Russian speakers at the reception. already 4 days of complete delight and wonderful rest.
A gorgeous hotel. The price-quality is super! Very varied food for breakfast and dinner, every evening something themed. The territory is small, but it didn't matter to us. But the beach line is quite long compared to other hotels in Abu Dhabi, this is a great advantage. High-quality room cleaning every day. Plus the evening service - housekeeping has always been interested in whether we need something to replenish or additionally clean up - many thanks to Anwar. And in general, all the staff is very polite and attentive)
The place is awesome! Nearby there are luxury hotels, good staff and a variety of breakfasts. Nicely. But the sea... The sea is for those who like absolutely calm water.... Or resting with small children. I missed the feeling of the sea.... By the way, the hotel has a wonderful fragrance and soap accessories, huge balconies, more like terraces with beautiful views.
Good, but definitely not 5 stars) We stayed at this hotel from October 30 to November 8 , 2023 . One of the advantages is the amazing staff! Special thanks to them, they are great fellows. The location was also very pleasant, close to the main attractions, there is a place to walk. I liked the room, very spacious, with a small kitchen and a washing machine! The bed was not very big, but there was a sofa and a baby cot was given for free. I really liked the room cleaning and room service.
The main disadvantage of the hotel is the food. Breakfasts still seem to be good, but lunches and dinners are a disaster. Almost all cooked food was either tasteless or spicy. Sometimes I had to eat only rice and vegetables. I really did not like the Asian evening, and there was little delicious food at the Italian evening (We went to the Arabic restaurant at the hotel, it was terrible)) I didn't like anything but a cocktail.
The beach is small, all the sun beds are already occupied from 9 am) And if you come to the pool after 10:00, then there will already be difficulties with finding free places) I really didn't like the fact that plain water is paid by the pool, although it is free in the dining room and in the room.
In general, the hotel is not bad, but it definitely does not pull 5 stars, good 4 stars!)
A wonderful hotel near the Palace of Nations and Emirates Palace. Private large sandy beach, sun beds, towels, huge swimming pool. Very tasty cuisine, varied, cooked by chefs of the highest category. The rooms are large and comfortable. Thanks to the staff for their professionalism and friendliness. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception.
Well, there's nothing to complain about. The rooms, the service, the kitchen are on top! The sea is nearby, the heated pool. There are plenty of sun loungers. Animation for children daily in Russian. There is a place to walk near the hotel. The main fireworks are a 10-minute walk away, the Presidential Palace is 10 minutes away, and the Louvre is an hour's walk away. Marina Mall is nearby. The observation deck on the 74th floor is a 5-minute walk away. In general, a wonderful hotel, a place
A chic hotel with polite and pleasant staff, there are Russian speakers. The design of the hotel, pool, rooms is at a height. The rooms at the Presidential Palace and the Emirates Palace Hotel are particularly impressive. The view from the balcony is fascinating. Very close to the Etihad Towers, where Fast and Furious 7 was filmed. In general, it will not be boring. The beach at the hotel is separate, according to a magnetic card, towels on the beach are issued free of charge, are rented in special places by the pool. There is a separate pool for children, lifeguards are on duty at each pool for safety. The beach and pool are closed after sunset. The hotel has a restaurant with a hookah and a terrace, a large assortment of desserts. The food is delicious. There is no alcohol at all, only energy. Everything is cool! I recommend.
I really liked the hotel. Location (there is something to see nearby, very beautiful locations for photos (phone / camera should be cleaned as much as possible for photos!). half board is full, the food is super. Everything is clean and well maintained. The service is excellent, down to the smallest detail! I was very pleased, there is something to compare it with. Rested 3+1.6n, end of April 2024(340tychs).
We are vacationing here in March 2024. We took breakfast and dinner. Family Room with one double Euro Bed (huge)+mini sofa, does not fold out. Surprisingly, the room is for 3 people (adults and a son of 7 years old)+ the baby is 1 year old. The baby was given a crib. The room is large, about 70 m2. Shower, bathroom, two toilets, kitchen, refrigerator, old TV (not smart, you won't be able to connect with your kinopoisk), washing machine with dryer, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, dressing room with two large closets. Coffee, tea, milk for coffee, kettle, sugar, replenishes daily.
The room is clean, the furniture is a bit old, the renovation is fresh, tiles everywhere. Cleaning is done daily, even washing dishes and putting neatly scattered shoes)) shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hygiene kit in the bathroom.
The staff is excellent, very polite, EVERYONE is smiling!!! There is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception.
Breakfast buffet. There is a lot of food! Eggs in different types, vegetables, fruits (exotic and ordinary, plums, pears, bananas, papaya, dragon pear, lychee, watermelon, etc.). Yoghurts, various cheeses, ham, pasta. There are no porridges, but there are cereals, muesli, balls, hot and cold milk. Drinks are brought when they are put at the table, but you can go yourself (in a separate room), Various sausages, pasta, rice, rolls, sweets, cakes, desserts - a lot of everything. A separate cook bakes waffles or pancakes, a separate one fries scrambled eggs, an omelet, a separate one makes sandwiches from toast. Potato pancakes, sauces, jam, nutella..
Dinner is often themed, there were barbecues (meat, sausages, chicken kebab, hot dogs..), Italian cuisine (spaghetti, many types, sauces, Italian dishes... I haven't seen any pizzas) and Asian (sushi, tuna, Indian dishes..). It's very tasty and there's a lot of different food.
It's more difficult with children: it's good for breakfast, but it's more difficult for dinner. In Asian cuisine, it's good that mine eats sushi, the baby, of course, had nothing to eat.
The beach is excellent, sandy, the sea is clean, fenced, but there is not enough space: opposite is an island with buildings. There is a platform for jumping into the water. Pools: 4, one for babies, two for children 90cm, one adult: three connected, you can swim. There are a lot of sun loungers by the pools and on the beach, towels are given out at the pool in a separate kiosk, as much as you want. The staff at the pool is annoying, they stick with their own rules. I understand that this is their job, but the fact that the baby is 1 year old in a cotton T-shirt: they asked to take it off, I did not understand this. If it is windy (even a little), you cannot open the umbrella. In good weather, at 9-10 you can always find free deck chairs, later it is already problematic, but you can approach the staff, they will assemble one for you and put it where you need it.
There is a beach club: there you can buy diapers for a baby of 6 dirhams one. There is a gym, quite large, with trainers, but you can come and practice on your own. There are a lot of exercise machines, a large cardio room with Windows overlooking the pool, palm trees and the sea. There are towels.
Excellent location: near Marina Mall (35 min walk), Presidential Palace (20 min walk), Corniche embankment 15 minutes, Etihad towers (5 min walk).
The tower has written a separate review.
Overall, I liked the cast. A good five, better than 5 in Turkey.
Now my husband and I are relaxing at the Khalidiya Palace Hotel. From the beginning of the check-in, where the Russian-speaking staff met us at the reception and upgraded the room class from standard to a magnificent room with a balcony and a kitchenette on the 11th floor. It offers an unforgettable and excellent view of the Sheikh Abu Dhabi's Palace and the sky-blue bay and all the staff. Who are very friendly, responsive and with a sincere smile! Breakfast and dinner are above all praise. The pool is large and heated. There is enough space on the beach for a comfortable swim. The location of the hotel is above all praise! We will definitely come back to you!
A good hotel, but not without drawbacks. Although everyone has their own pros and cons, I will describe my own personally, it may be useful :)
The pros are room service, definitely. As they say everywhere that the cleaning is on top, so it is. They come and solve all the problems right away. For example, the water in the sink was leaving badly, they informed us, they immediately sent a master, sorted everything out, fixed it. The floor scales did not work, they immediately brought batteries and so on. In general, just super responsiveness!)
The pool is a huge plus, towels are there, there are enough sun beds, the water is clean, comfortable in temperature.
We had breakfast, the same thing every day, nothing has changed in 9 days. But the choice is normal, a lot of fruits, cheeses and sausages are delicious!!! Which is amazing) Tea and coffee are brought by the officers, who also accompany and put them at the table. Therefore, there are always places, they will put you in. Sometimes there were queues, people were waiting, there was an empty table.
The hotel is beautiful, everything is clean.
Here's a number like that. The furniture is old, but it didn't hurt) the hair dryer is really Valera, it's very funny)) barely dries... there is an ancient iron and board, but they are also excellent) The views from the room are beautiful, we have a palace, and parrots lived in palm trees under the balcony, very cute)))
The beach is a huge minus for us. Although we chose this hotel because of the beach. It's like Anapa... a bunch of people, sun beds in different directions, everything is scattered, screaming children... The beach itself seems to be rather big, but sometimes there were no places at all. The water on November 23 was muddy and cold!!! There is a photo) We swam as many times as possible there, sometimes we came and wanted to leave as soon as possible (((( the pool saved. As a result, we took a taxi to the public free corniche beach, it's just paradise-there are no people, the water is clear, quiet and beautiful)
The location of the hotel is visible on the map, I recommend everyone to go to the observation deck next to the towers) I liked it, although there is something to compare it with)
I didn't like the system of applying cards in the elevator and when going to the beach at the gate)) This is the first time I've seen this! Why is that?!) You need to constantly walk around the hotel with a card in your hands... Put it here, show it here... 4 elevators and they couldn't cope! Constant queues... and all because first you need to attach the card in the elevator, and then click. Until all 10 people apply and click, everyone has to wait) that's such a miracle ...
they asked for a higher floor when checking in, they gave them the 3rd floor! This is the very first residential floor... M-yeah, thanks))) We have not met any Russian-speaking staff in 9 days, only our tour guide from the tour operator, by the way, is excellent)
In general, for us a 4-star hotel. Everything seems to be fine, but the disadvantages are significant)
The hotel is very beautiful, there are several pools, a children's pool, the sea is clean. The staff is friendly. A very varied diet for every taste. The location is close to the sights. You can take a walk and look at the beautiful buildings.
A very cool hotel
At the entrance, we were greeted by a very beautiful large-scale foyer
The staff is simply the best
I want to say a special thank you to Abdelrahman at the reception.
The room was cleaned every day
We got a view of the presidential palace, it's just a dump of the head
The room has everything you need.
The buffet is full of food. Everything is so delicious that I wanted to take supplements. The pool is clean, the beach is nice.
In general, there is everything for a wonderful holiday!
The staff at the hotel is very friendly, cleaning the room every day for 5 plus. The view from the room is gorgeous. I also liked the food, especially the days of Italian and Japanese cuisine. For fans of oatmeal porridge : I searched for two days , it is in cardboard jars and there is hot milk with additives in the form of dried apricots, nuts, etc. (photo 5). A little bit about the pool: several zones, which is very convenient, noisy in the area where children are, and calm in the far part of the pool, but the rescuers surprised me, for the first time I came across, the child swam with a circle for 4 days, on the 5th day the lifeguard seemed to have a large circle and asked to remove, of course I did not argue, it was strange somehow. The feeling of tension did not leave. There are a lot of free places on the beach,.I really liked the fitness center, the equipment is great!
The hotel is very conveniently located, our room overlooked the presidential palace. The room is large and comfortable. I really liked the food. Friendly staff. There is not enough space for swimming, but the water is very clean, sandy. I definitely recommend it.
Great hotel. With a great location. An incredible panorama opened from the balcony of our 17th floor: the Presidential Palace, the Emirates palace Hotel, the bay. At night with a backlight - such a beauty! There is a good Marina mall nearby (seven minutes by taxi for 12 dirhams, 15 minutes on foot), Corniche embankment - at a leisurely pace of 30-40 minutes)
The hotel is comfortable, there is everything for a comfortable stay. Its own beach, a swimming pool consisting of three combined pools. Breakfast for every taste. Lots of fruits, pastries. There are themed dinners a couple of times a week: we found Italian and Japanese.
For general use - gym, hammam (it's free) and yoga (it seems to be paid).
The service is at the highest level: the guys are smiling, friendly, fulfill any request, there is a Russian-speaking girl Bella at the reception.
For me, the ball is only one small minus on vacation, and then it has nothing to do with the hotel: well, it's sooo hot-humid- stuffy.
We've seen much better.
The territory is small. The length of the beach is 150-170 meters.
The sun beds are in three or four rows, that is, there is a very large crowding of people.
The photo of the sea on the booking is beautiful, in fact, lying down, sitting on the shore, looking at the construction site of some new beach, 150-200 meters away. In short, not the sea, but some kind of unfinished mini-spill.
The room is large, the layout is absolutely stupid.
In the morning, the smell of the kitchen actively penetrates into the crack under the door, and the smell of something burnt prevails.
One of the advantages is the active, stupid staff (they changed the batteries in the safe for about two hours). At the same time, I had to be present.
The breakfasts are exactly the same every day. From the word at all! The most popular and delicious dishes are not replenished on time.
Yoghurts are very tasty, but there are very few of them. The hotel positions itself at 5 stars, in fact it barely pulls three stars. Three pools are one, with different depths.
There are like four restaurants, one of them has only ice cream and cake, the second only during daylight hours and along the beach. The main restaurant is where the breakfasts are, I have already written about them. Lunch and dinner are about the same as for breakfast, in a very abbreviated version.
If the tour is not all inclusive, then lunch will cost 110 dirhams (about $ 35) per person. The same amount of dinner. Much of what's left of dinner is served for breakfast.
Nearby entertainment is a walk along the embankment. From the hotel to the right, 15 minutes on foot and left to the embankment. You can see it in Yandex maps. But walking is more or less comfortable after sunset, otherwise it's hot.
If you do not go to the embankment, but go straight ahead - three blocks (about 15 minutes more) and a block to the right (landmark) gas station (visible from afar, bright blue). There will be a hypermarket on the left, a very good selection of everything and fruits in particular. Everything is imported, but fresh and delicious.
There is an alcohol market nearby, look for the Spinney inscription, bright green!
Alcohol was the only thing that saved us from a bad mood.
.
An excellent family hotel, the first line, large pools with clean water, there is a small one for children-rescuers are on duty (with us, my father could not keep track of just a few seconds, as the lifeguard immediately reacted, took it out and only then my father saw), an excellent gym, delicious and varied food, and noticeably different for breakfast, lunch and Dinner. The only thing is that it is not the center of Abu Dhabi, but nearby you can see the palace and a luxury hotel, a 15-minute drive from the big embankment.
I had a rest in Khalidia in April, I liked the hotel, spacious rooms, delicious breakfasts and dinners, attentive staff, cleanliness everywhere, a good beach, a smooth gentle entrance to the sea, in general there is nothing to complain about.Nice hotel, I dream of returning
Everything's fine: private beach, you can always find a place on the sun beds; the pool is warm - a great place to play with children; the room is clean, comfortable; the food is varied, for every taste; the staff is attentive.
A great hotel, the room is not new, but the condo is working properly, bed linen, towels are clean. Cleaning is daily.I had a room with a balcony. I didn't find a hair dryer, but I was driving with mine. The sockets are triple, but in general, the lightning plug fit like that. The bay is more like a mini river, for an amateur, the pool is excellent. There is a bar on the beach (used drinks, fruits and snacks for a fee) food, there was full board, lunch is a little more modest than dinner. The food is simple but delicious: pasta, rice, soups, fresh vegetables, fruits, always chicken, meat, fish rarely. There were themed dinners: I got into Thai and Italian. Breakfasts are like in Turkish hotels: from different types of eggs, sausages and sliced, to cereals, Pancakes and frozen yoghurts. Fresh only at breakfast. In general, I recommend if you are eating with a child (from 5+) there is a children's animation, I had an extra bed in my room for a fee. Near the Etihad Tower, the nearest mac and Starbucks are 10-15 minutes on foot.
Luxury hotel
All for 5+
Food , service, cleanliness
Your own private beach, enough sun beds, towels
Huge clean pool
It is perfect for relaxing both together and with children.
I highly recommend it
The hotel is good: clean, well-groomed, beautiful, comfortable, though not new.
A lot of staff, everyone is doing their job well and quickly, smiling. There are many managers and ordinary workers.
For breakfast you will be offered: scrambled eggs, hash browns, potatoes, bacon (beef), cheeses, sausages, sausages, beans, several Indian dishes, fruit and yogurt smoothies, spinach smoothies, pickles, smoked mackerel (yum), fruit, toast. It's also clear buns, brownies, jams, cereals :))) All the food is well cooked. What delicious and crunchy hash browns were!
The room had both a shower and a bathtub (a room with a kitchen), bathrobes 👍 If something was needed in the room, they were quickly brought. The floors were being washed. Room "without sea view". In fact, a view of the sea outside the Presidential Palace, and a view of the Emirates Palace
It takes 10 minutes to get to the Presidential Courtyard and Emirates Palace or by taxi for 12 dirhams (this is the minimum fare, although it takes 2 minutes to go). Marina Mall is 10 and 12 dirhams away by taxi, it seems 25-30 minutes to the Louvre. Taxis are parked outside the hotel, and the doorman will call them to the entrance if you ask.
The hotel has its own beach and a fairly large pool of different depths, relaxing music is playing. There is no animation. Several life guard rescuers, children are not allowed into the water without parental supervision. There is a kid's pool with a canopy.
Vacationers are international. The girl at the reception seems to be speaking Russian, the rest are in English.
I recommend the hotel. Not very expensive by the standards of the UAE, high-quality and cozy.
A fairly good unobtrusive service: they opened the door, escorted to a table in a restaurant, quickly fulfilled requests (cot, small blockage, adapters), settled quickly, but the hotel did not explain where that was. Varied food: there are gluten-free, vegetarian dishes, but if you come later for dinner, the main dish of the evening may end. For breakfast, it is unusual that either waffles or pancakes were made every other day, there is a station with portioned yoghurts and smoothies, a station with pasta, a variety of cheeses to cut yourself, some were weathered, stale. A children's table for children from school age is probably: one kind of pasta, French fries or rustic, popcorn in glaze. In some places, the furniture, wallpaper, and fittings are already worn, but everything is clean and tidy. Awesome view of the Presidential Palace, Emirates Palace. The beach was clean, there were places when they came late, the staff helped to find a place and brought a sunbed. The approach is smooth at first, then a quick transition into depth, there is a pontoon (cottages are being built opposite). The pool was heated, there is a children's area, a children's room. Most of the Russian families with children, there are Poles, Kazakhs, Germans. In general, it is quite comfortable
The food is very varied, cleaning every day and water can still be ordered, an iron with ironing board was right in the room, towels were changed, we didn't even have time to use everything, there is a bathtub and a shower and a bidet in the bathroom. The service is top-notch, the staff is very polite, I did not like that there are not enough umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach, well, the foreground view is also not very good.Well, the very small territory of the hotel
A wonderful hotel. A decent level of service. Private beach. Friendly staff. Very convenient location, many attractions of Abu Dhabi can be reached on foot.
Great hotel! We rested from 29.10 to 5.11. Quick check-in, comfortable rooms. If any accessories are not enough, then you can request (toothpaste, for example, adapters). Cleaning 2 times a day, at a convenient time (the guys are always on the floor and ask when they can come). We had Lycot, he did well. The food is good. We took breakfast and dinner, once we only regretted that we did not change dinner for lunch - it was on an Asian evening. Unfortunately, everything was absolutely sharp. You can buy all for one day on the room, while food and drinks will be available only during beach hours, i.e. before sunset. Then it's just dinner and that's it. There are practically no places on the beach and by the pool after 10, after 11 there are none at all. But if you contact the staff, they will definitely post it. Sunbeds occupied for half a day with just a towel are not welcome. And after 12-13 hours, good places are vacated, because families with children leave. The car is picked up at the entrance to the hotel and parked in an underground parking lot, it is very pleasant to get into a cool one. We recommend taking a car: we went repeatedly to Marina Mall, Yas Mall, Mosque, kayaking in mangroves, Louvre. Even to the President Hotel, which is opposite, we went by car, because in the heat of 15 even 15 minutes there was no desire to walk along the road. There is no open sea, but how interesting is the experience of swimming while admiring the towers! We are very pleased with the choice of the hotel!
The hotel is just great! My daughter and I really liked everything, from the location to the kitchen! I recommend it to families with children! There is a swimming pool and a bay on site! The architecture itself is interesting , pleasing to the eye !
In February 2024, we went on vacation. The wishes for the hotel were: heated swimming pool, first line, accessibility to attractions. Since this is our second trip, we chose Abu Dhabi.
We were 100% satisfied with the hotel.
Arriving at the hotel and going to the reception, we were greeted by the good-natured staff. We arrived ahead of check-in time, but we were found a great room with a sea view.
I would like to mention the food at the hotel, which is represented by 3 restaurants and a pool bar. In the horizon restaurant we attended breakfasts and it was a wide variety of breakfasts, there was a main menu and stations that changed every day: you could go to any one and they would make you a toast from what you want, waffles, pancakes and different types of egg dishes.
Horizon was also visited for dinner. On certain days, the hotel's cuisine turns into Italian, Asian. We got to the Italian-style buffet. It is very diverse and incredibly delicious. There are several types of pasta, you could also come up and ask the chef to cook it for you, a large number of types of cheese, desserts (from a variety of pan cats to traditional Italian Canoli).
On the first day we visited the cafe in the hotel Lobby and were amazed by the portions. They are huge, they took all the dishes for 2-3 people. For such a price, we received a high-quality, delicious dish.
Kamoon Cafe on site: Arabic cuisine. If you want to try something national, then this is a great choice. For 3 people, we paid 310 aed (almost the same as the buffet at dinner(330aed)). Before the ordered dishes, we received a compliment in the form of hot tortillas, olives, hummus and pomegranate dressing. We noted for ourselves lentil soup, salad with Quinoa and shrimp, beef kebab (on the menu these are beef cubes), homemade potatoes and French fries (it is served with spices and is perceived as a separate finished dish). Everything is very tasty! We sat and watched the view of the evening pool. There is also an area on the street where live music is played.
Drinks and coconut were taken by the pool, but you can also have a snack: everything is brought in very convenient trays.
The pool is large, heated, and there is a separate area for kids. The heating of the pool let us down a little - the first days we swam without problems, it was very warm. After 3 days, we felt that the water was not heating up as before.
The room cleaning is great, you can adjust it with a button whether it is required or not. Every day, sufficient water was brought to the room, but if necessary, you could ask for more, tea, sugar, and coffee were added. Everything you need, if you forgot something, is in the room (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, cream) of good quality.
There is a good walking area next to the hotel, past the palace and the Emirates Palace Hotel.
If you are looking for a Mall and the opportunity to change money, there is a Marina Mall near the hotel. You can ask for a taxi at the reception or order a Careem. We compared prices, if they were the same, we ordered a more comfortable taxi.
I would like to mention the staff of the hotel and restaurants separately! Everything is at the highest level. They are smiling, always ready to help, prompt.
If you plan to visit the sights of Abu Dhabi, it is better to do it yourself (buy tickets and get to the place: the Louvre, the Palace, the White Mosque. We took a sightseeing tour from the tour operator and regretted it 1000 times, I assume they are all the same. There was very little time, a lot of haste and in any case there were queues, despite the group. It is impossible to visit the mosque in 40 minutes, view the paintings in the Louvre, and walk around all corners of the palace. If you are offered to go to the date market, do not agree, it was included in the overview (the usual 1 row of small shops like in food city, where the visiting group is taken to a certain store, handed tasteless dates in soy chocolate, given 15 minutes for everything and loaded back into the bus)
We found very tasty dates in the same Marina mall in Carefour by weight (everyone gives a try, do not hesitate to ask). And if it's your first time, then try Bateel too.
To sum up, we can say that we were satisfied with the hotel. The tour is not the fault of the hotel, but I would like to warn you.
This is a great family vacation, which we are happy to recommend!
Many thanks to the hotel, we are very satisfied with everything. It's beautiful and you feel protected. It's like being in a safe harbor!
Excellent hotel, first of all I will note the staff and convenient location. A good selection of dishes, days of Asian and Italian cuisine. The beach is 10 meters away, and there are places for walking nearby.
A wonderful family-friendly hotel, on the first coastline, a narrow strip of beach, good cuisine and service, the Windows overlook the Presidential Palace and Emirates palace, it is very beautiful.
We are in the hotel for the 6th time already. Everything suits me and I really like it. The beach is 100m from the exit, sand, clean water, both for children and adults, there is a raft from which you can dive, as well as catamarans for rent and more. The food is excellent and always of high quality. The service is excellent. The staff is friendly and caring, but there are no Russian speakers. The location of the hotel is just the epicenter: between the Presidential Palace, Emirates Palace and Etihad Towers.
A lovely hotel with its own beach, the beach is very clean, excellent breakfasts, friendly staff. We were given a room with a beautiful view of the sunset and the Presidential Palace. I highly recommend it.
A great hotel with comfortable rooms, a private beach, good cuisine and a great location.Several important tourist sites and the Marina Mall are within walking distance.
A very good place, excellent cuisine, very professional staff, the ability to create an atmosphere, clean 2 times a day! Very hospitable!!! I will definitely come back!!!!!
I love this hotel so much! We've been hanging out here for 10 years (and maybe more already)... I like everything.. The swimming bay is great, it never storms! The staff is friendly. Every February (or March) We're there!!! Summer is coming soon, and I want to go there again...
1. Good location, beautiful, quiet, peaceful nearby. We had a view from the balcony of the presidential palace. We went on a guided tour before him.
2. Delicious breakfasts/dinners, no shrimp, mango. No alcohol, we brought wine with us :)
3. Nice pool
4. 20 minutes walk to Marina mall. We bought perfumes there.
5. Sauna, Hammam. We went in dressing gowns from the room)
6. We were treated to Arabic coffee with dates in the lobby
7. There is enough water in the room. The cleaning is good. They left 5 dirhams per day.
8. The gym is not bad, we went to cardio.
9. Pizza and smoothies were taken in the pool. It's a little expensive. They paid Union Pay gpb.
10. The only negative is the beach. Very small, crowded. The water was cool in March. We once took a taxi to Sadiyat island, soul beach. It's not bad to sunbathe with a beautiful view for a couple of hours, It's paid, We didn't swim because of the waves.
We were at the May holidays this year. A nice hotel with its own, but not very large beach. The service in the restaurant and on the beach is average. The location is convenient, in the evening there is where to walk and what to see. The staff is polite, but not in a hurry. The room was clean and spacious with a view of the bay. There is enough food, but fruits except bananas, apples / plums, most often in sliced form, like fruit salad ... themed dinners are interesting, the assortment for breakfast is good, there is oatmeal porridge, I know that many are interested in these moments.
In general, a good family hotel, but a four, not a five, and if you want to relax and see some sights, then the choice is worthy.
The hotel is good, alcohol is not provided in this hotel.
The food is good, the choice is wide.
There is a private beach line.
Nice pool.
For me, the only small disadvantage is that there is not enough space with sun beds for such a number of guests.
Great hotel! The staff is always ready to help. Clean, beautiful, delicious! The beach by the pool and by the open water is clean, lifeguards are on the ground. Great spa area!
One of the best hotels where I was lucky enough to relax. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Delicious pastries. Beautiful :) The Presidential Palace is nearby
