I went on the hottest day. It's a great place to meet and date... Can you find your destiny?! The water is almost clean.... the price is expensive. The shower is icy! They don't wear hats, and their hair floats in the water. If you're not principled, you won't regret going. Food and drinks from 40min and more and wait. You can't take your own drinks and food...but it's unrealistic to sit on a food court, a lot of people + the price. Log in4k....

I strongly do not recommend this "complex". If you need a good rest and respect, you can't go here. I arrived after a hard ride on a motorcycle and the first thing I did was specifically ask the receptionist: "is the room quiet, are there any hoods or air conditioners under the windows?" The receptionist replied, "No, it's quiet here." I believed him. Finally: 1. The kitchen hood is humming loudly in the room under the window. It's impossible to sleep with it. 2. To my direct question "is there any noise?" the administrator lied. And later, in front of me, she called her superiors and presented the situation as if "I'm a problem," and they didn't lie to me. 3. I ordered Ramen at the restaurant, and they brought me soup from a bum bag (rollton) with stale meat. They started brushing off my question, talking to each other in Kazakh (without translating to me), which is extremely disrespectful. It was only after tough arguments that this was not Japanese ramen that the dish was replaced. 4. At 22:00, they say to my face: "maybe you should look for another hotel?" — after I drove 1100 km in a day. Absolute rudeness. 5. At the booking stage, they assured that they would be able to prepare an early breakfast by 06:00. On the spot, it turned out that breakfast is only from 07:30. I had to leave in the morning without breakfast, hungry. 6. Additionally: the chandelier in the room does not turn off until the end (it lights up with a night light), it drips in the bathroom for a long time after a shower, only one outlet works. Bottom line: this is not a hotel at all, but a cheap complex with baths and a sauna on the road. The service level is below the baseboard. People lie to their faces, ignore the requests of the guests and shift the blame.

There is a children's pool, but it is too small in size, and since there are a lot of children among the visitors to the water park, there is not enough space for everyone. The atmosphere is great, there are contests and shows in the late afternoon, and you can dance. In terms of cuisine, prices are slightly higher than the average segment. There is a small children's area.
