We bought a Kentaki living room in white. The registration and delivery took 3 weeks, but there were questions about the bank for 1 week, since the furniture was taken in installments, and in the second week they did not have time to deliver (we live in a small town - delivery is carried out once a week). For a distance of 350 km, I think it's normal. The managers were constantly in touch at all stages, explained everything and helped. There were no questions about the furniture itself-everything is displayed on the website with pictures, dimensions, you choose the configuration at your discretion - this is a huge plus.There were no special problems with the assembly either - all the boxes are signed, there are instructions everywhere, all the components are in place. I especially want to note the quality of the blanks-when assembling according to the instructions, everything becomes as if it were poured, all the holes are in their places, even the boxes were not adjusted, but we had 13 pieces of them!!! The furniture looks very good, no defects were found. There are no disadvantages, there is only a wish-you can also hang stickers with their code on bags with screw bolts, as on the parts, this will significantly speed up the assembly. I definitely recommend both the furniture and the store. P. s: the color is a little different since the photo was taken late in the evening.
