Most of all, I like the direction of "healthy spine". All muscle groups are worked out at a calm pace. On the downside, I would like the locker room to be fenced in somehow. It happens that before their training in the same gym, children practice karate, their coach is a man, children come to pick up, including fathers, and it turns out that women waiting for their training, children and men are all in the same locker room. It is impossible to change clothes without extra eyes, you have to wait until everyone comes out.

I wanted to go to this gym, close to home, convenient. But unfortunately, after talking with the woman at the reception, there was no desire to go there. I couldn't tell you anything about the training program and just said "Google it." They got the impression that they had enough existing customers and didn't really need new ones.
