The service center is working disgusting, I serviced 2 cars there. They are not professionals, managers, or craftsmen. The bureaucracy is stalling. I've contacted you several times about the warranty case, but they still haven't decided. You've been waiting for an appointment for a few weeks, for a one-minute diagnosis. Warranty managers are not competent, they do not know the diagnostic methods. They do not have knowledge of the design of the cars they service. The paint shop can't pick up the color of the paint... The caps of the rails were painted, the color does not match, and the rails were scratched when the caps were removed. The plugs are all bent, the latches are loose, they don't snap. I had to service cars there because I was closer to my place of residence, but I no longer have the desire... Prices are also charged from the ceiling for work .. for THAT, 150,000 were counted, it's good that I found out the cost in another service center, too, IT cost only 45,000 tons. The car dealership is no better either... I had a purchase experience, and eventually I bought it at other car dealerships on the other side of the city... Byd and Haval. I do not recommend a car dealership, especially a service.

I recently purchased a car from you, and I would like to mention the work of Karim's manager separately. He is a very polite, pleasant and attentive specialist. All the documents were processed promptly, and three days later I received the car. I'm driving now without any complaints. I went through maintenance yesterday — the engine oil was changed for free, as 5 maintenance units were provided as a gift. It is very pleasant! I have also already signed up for the installation of the StarLine alarm system on Saturday, to the manager Radion, because winter is ahead, and I want to be even more confident in my car.
