I was abroad on vacation for the first time. 4 years ago. My wife chose this hotel. We went at the end of November. I was so surprised that we took off in down jackets, and arrived in palm trees. We arrived at night, but it was hot like in Siberia in the summer xD. What can I say about the hotel, I got into a fairy tale and for a few more days I couldn't believe that I was in Egypt. They checked us in at night, helped us move the beds, rearrange the bedside tables, the staff did not have any questions about this request. The hotel is located in the desert, next to another hotel and that's it, nothing else but sand and the sea. That's what we needed, the sun, the sea, the food, the sun beds. The clear water, the variety of fish, plants and animals were amazing. The rooms are clean, linen is changed regularly, you can choose or pay extra for a room with a sea view. The clearings on the territory and the bushes, which are constantly being tended, make the territory look very nice. There is a gym, an American billiards room and a hairdresser on site. We have never used all this during our stay at the hotel) The food deserves special attention. I didn't like the sausage and cheese, it tasted strange, so I didn't eat them. I advise you to do the same if you don't like something, because there is a huge variety of dishes. Heaps of salads, second courses, a European breakfast, they can fry eggs right in front of you, and they fried something else, but I had enough of a common table. As soon as the dish was finished, the addition was brought, I don't think anyone could be unhappy or hungry. A separate refrigerated "counter" with sweets of various types. Fruit section: very sweet grapes, pears ( some unusual variety 0_o ), dates. And bread- I have never tasted such rolls in Russia before or after, I still remember these rolls as one of the most vivid gastronomic impressions of my life) There is a coffee machine with 20 types, if not more, of coffee, I really liked this variety. The waiters bring drinks and treat us politely. There was an alcoholic bar that we didn't use, I can't describe its pros and cons, but I will say that the bartenders there are smiling at everyone almost in the morning and are very happy, for some reason) A snack bar is open during the day. You can't stay hungry. There are free guided tours, and there are paid ones. Port Ghalib goes one way, El Qusair goes the other, in my opinion. My English at school was enough to understand the staff and not feel any discomfort. Super rest.

A great hotel for a relaxing holiday, it's better not to take excursions from it because it's a long way to go, large rooms with a loggia, the food is delicious, high-quality, but boring (I would like more choice) 1 time for a rest you can visit a restaurant, everything is super there, the SEA is just fire, and you can swim and see the reef, far from the beach area there is a reef with surf, the waves end there and the sharks will definitely not swim, there are strong tides, but it's cool!!!

We were here in February 2023 for 11 days. To be objective, I personally liked this holiday very much, but not with luxury level or super repairs, Russian-speaking staff or varied and varied food. No. You won't find it here. There were no traffic, discos, shops (except three) here either. It's just a village in the middle of the desert by the sea, with abandoned unfinished hotels nearby. But here you can learn to speak and understand at least something in other languages, even Arabic. Swim in a lagoon where there are no waves even in the strong wind of February. Catch sabai. Find a very helpful and kind staff. Go to the store outside the hotel (there are only 3 of them, of which one is a grocery store). That's it. It was probably the most interesting experience of all the package tours. I highly recommend it. P. S. In the tea shop, which is outside the hotel (seller Marcello) there is a cool hookah and delicious tea, and a good price. A grocery store with very nice prices. P. P. S. Be human and respect others and it will be a cool vacation. P. P. P. S excursions were taken on the scarab travel website. At first it was kind of scary, but after the third one everything was fine. Because the hotel is far behind you, most likely an individual taxi will arrive.
