A nice small hotel with rooms for 1-2 people, clean, cozy, quiet, responsive and friendly administrators, with a good location opposite the botanical garden, everything is nearby, a large shopping center, the central part of the city, cafes, restaurants, a 10-minute drive from the Ortosai clothing and food market. Prices for accommodation are in the region of 5 thousand local currency.

The hotel does not correspond to reality. At first we couldn't find it, because the booking indicated one name, but in fact it is already called by another name. Then we stopped by, and the surprises began. We booked a spacious double room. As a result, we were accommodated in a tiny 9-meter room on the 2nd floor, where you can climb on the bed only from one side. After finding out the reason for the discrepancy, we were moved to the room we would have booked, on the top floor. But it still turned out to be untrue. There are no refrigerators in the rooms, although they are listed and there are photos. The rooms are impossibly cold! We were in February, lived for a day, froze and eventually left for another hotel. The room was not properly cleaned after previous visitors. It's disgusting. Dirty toilet, other people's hair everywhere. That small room was the only one that was prepared, as we understood, and heated, so we were accommodated there. In the morning, at breakfast, the food cooled down in 3 minutes, steam from the mouth from the cold. Therefore, the hotel is not in demand in winter. There is no heating, except for the air conditioner (if you are lucky, it will blow warm air, if not, you will freeze like us). I'm adding a photo of the first small room, and a video of the second, which was dirty and cold.

Nice clean hotel. The room is very cozy, everything is new. Large comfortable shower room. Bathrobes and terry towels. There is everything for making tea. TV. The mountains are visible from room 403. For breakfast there was delicious rice porridge and fried eggs with sausages. You can make cereal with milk. Coffee is available for a fee, tea is included. Among the disadvantages: there is no refrigerator; a small blanket for a double bed; no slippers; hooks to hang outerwear at the door; a cup for toothbrushes in the bathroom and soap dishes, this is a trifle, but it does not look neat. Otherwise, everything is fine. We'll come here next time.
