It's very beautiful from the outside, a gorgeous inner hall and such dirty and dirty rooms. The feeling of abandonment, the lack of proper cleaning, not enough normal female hands. Everything in the room was dirty except the bed linen, the TV was covered in some kind of snot, the walls were wrinkled, the carpet was covered with hair and crumbs. The toilet deserves a separate post to describe how dirty it was. I had to wash it using wet wipes so that I wouldn't be afraid to sit on it. Plumbing is holding out with all its might. The windows are shattered, whistling and shaking from the wind. But the room was on the top floor, and all evening and night we listened to pigeons nesting in our ceiling and windows whistling. Breakfast is also according to the standard of the hotel: it is not a buffet, but portioned, meager, tasteless, dull. There is a thermos with tea and coffee accessories on the decorated table, but there is nothing there: no sugar, no tea, no coffee, no milk, no spoons, that's just NOTHING... you need to ask for everything. If you ask for tea, they will take out only tea, without sugar and a spoon. A VERY tired woman with a dissatisfied face endures everything, as if we were distracting her from important things. In general, it seemed that once it was a luxury hotel, with a great idea, but then it fell into the wrong owner, into the wrong hands, and everything slowly falls into disrepair, the rooms are not cleaned, furniture and plumbing are not repaired, the staff is indifferent to the guests. I do not recommend this hotel, do not be fooled by the beautiful picture, it is not worth the money.
