Good afternoon! Thank you so much for such a great hotel! A little about the hotel itself: it is located within walking distance from the 300 Aragvintsev metro station, the hotel is new, spacious rooms with a private bathroom are no less spacious, the hotel has all new furniture, nice linens, everything you need for a comfortable stay, there are mugs, spoons, kettle, refrigerator, air conditioning for heating / cooling, TV with Russian channels, WiFi, coffee, tea. If you like to cook, the hotel has a hob. There is a washing machine and an iron in a separate room, as well as a clothes dryer. Very courteous service with caring for the guest. Delicious breakfasts. There are also additional utensils, spoons, forks and knives. If something doesn't make sense to you, 24/7 admin support. Your comfort is appreciated here

We stayed at the end of May for 2 days, on our way to Batumi. Last time we visited, we weren't particularly satisfied with the place where we stayed, so we took a very long time to choose this time)) We can say that now we know where we will live on our next visits to Tbilisi. Very friendly and attentive host, always in touch, answered immediately, sent instructions on contactless check-in in advance. We stopped by in the evening, quickly took the key from the safe, no problem. The room is very cozy, large and spacious. Beautiful, modern renovation. It was always warm, we didn't freeze, although the weather was +8 +15. The room is clean, the air is fresh and odorless. There is coffee, tea, drinking water, and a kettle on the table. It was very nice that after a long journey, which is unfortunately not uncommon now, you don't have to run for water and coffee)) Large floor-to-ceiling windows, illuminated curtains and a wonderful small balcony. There is a beautiful bathroom, toothbrushes, soap and shampoo, the room is very stylish, you can wait a maximum of a minute for hot water, warm large towels. Comfortable beds, beautiful mattress, bed linen. We woke up refreshed)) excellent sound insulation, the hallway is quiet. In the common area there is a kitchen, cutlery, iron, dishes, microwave, ground coffee. It's a quiet area, you can't even hear cars passing by. The hotel is close to the center, the metro is within walking distance. It's not a long walk and it's not scary even in the dark. The owner is always in touch, at any time of the day. He offered transfers, escorts around the city, and was always ready to help. Indeed, it feels like the guests are expected. The place is perfect for us in all respects, the price is also very pleasant. Thank you for a wonderful stay!))

We had a rest in April 2026. Excellent hotel, I recommend it for everything. The large room has everything you need, a refrigerator, a closet, bathroom accessories, Nikita the receptionist is a very polite, tactful and attentive young man, advised a wonderful guide. The hotel is located within walking distance from the metro, there are many beautiful places, restaurants and cafes nearby. You can order delicious breakfasts, large portions.
