Oh my god what i have to say, if you want to Post international then it's impossible you can't post if you don't have any Russian friends or family members without their help you can't post because staff of this post office don't know how to post international 😰

Очень медленно работает оператор. Пришла с двумя письмами, была очередь несколько человек. Час прошёл, не приняли, одно окно и для физ лиц и для юридических. Напротив посылки быстрее принимают, никакой очереди нет. Почему такое отношение к людям, это же потенциальные клиенты!!! На сайте не оформишь для ускорения, письма с уведомлением и описью в любом случае сдаются через оператора в окне.

Раньше не очень любила Главпочтамт, но в этот раз была приятно удивлена, все работало быстро и четко. Очень грамотный специалист работает в зале, для координации и помощи. К сожалению, не знаю как ее зовут, но благодаря ей быстро оформили посылку в Канаду. Чисто, тепло, светло, очень грамотные девушки на приемке и отправке .
