I liked it! Only the water is cold, because there is a lot of stream under water, so be careful. The forests are impenetrable, the smell of pine is great. Mostly pine and birch trees grow. We took food with us, there are cabins with amenities (shower, toilet, stove, refrigerator). Mobile communications on the territory are not picked up everywhere. You can cook the kebabs yourself. There are baths and steam rooms on the shore. Rooms for one from 12,000 tenge.

We have been vacationing on Lake Shalkar since 1995, at first we went with tents and different recreation areas. Since 2021, we have been going to the Izumrudnoye recreation center. Everything is perfectly organized for different financial opportunities.A lake with clear water!Polite staff.You can cook by yourself, or you can go to a cafe in the summer.

It's a terrible place. Dust. A sauna costs 10,000 an hour, but there is no hot water. It will be more accurate if you add firewood all the time. There are no curtains on the windows in the bathroom, you wash and everyone sees you naked. The door in the bathroom does not lock on the latch. There are cobwebs hanging in the house, although they cleaned it 3 hours before our arrival. Not a foot towards you anymore.
