We had lunch in this beautiful place with a large company on 04.26. We ordered many different dishes. I liked everything very much, the portions are quite large. Cappuccino in large and beautiful mugs. Friendly and caring staff. We chose an institution randomly on the map-we didn't regret it. We will be in your city, definitely we will come!

She was not polite, rude and obviously not interested in her work, as she was constantly on the phone. We had to wait too long before we were served, and even after that Sasha kept forgetting our orders and making mistakes. It ruined our evening. It should also be noted that her behavior was not professional – she was not attentive and annoyed. We didn't get the attention and respect you'd expect in a place like this. I really hope that the management will pay attention to this review and take measures to improve the quality of service. Otherwise, I no longer plan to visit @easybar_lida and will not recommend this place to my friends.

The receipt included extra meals and drinks that we didn't even order. Forgot to pay 100 rubles in advance. When we were standing on the street, the hookah man was smoking and a cat was walking there, this man hit him with all the aggression from his foot. There are no complaints about food and music, the food is delicious, the music is good!
