A great hotel, everything is on the level.
The food is delicious, the service is great, the sea is nearby. The territory is large and very green. In winter, the pool is heated by 33 degrees. Swimming is very comfortable. In January, the temperature in Antalya is 17-20 degrees during the day, with a good scenario.
Therefore, it is a pleasure to be in Turkey in winter, and even such a wonderful hotel.
There are a lot of Russian-speaking staff at the reception, they will prompt and tell you everything.
The cleaning is excellent and at any time of the day.
Of course, there may be scuffs in the room. and so on, the repairs were still in 2016, but these are small things.

Cool hotel!!! There are many foreigners, few Russians. The food is just space! There is always a lot of fish and seafood, different meats (and beef is cooked very tasty), and desserts are a separate kind of art. European alcohol, insanely delicious cocktails (especially pina colada). We were in the middle of March, there is a heated pool (for me it was very warm and I swam in an unheated one). The territory is cool! A huge water park and amusement park. The service is excellent! There was always a Russian-speaking staff member at the reception. I highly recommend this hotel! Well, next time I'll go to another hotel in this chain, because it's not the coolest one yet.

It has already been 3 times in the Dolphin Hotel using the all-inclusive system. I like everything: the room, the food, the service, the attitude. I am pleased with the heated pool and animation. The territory is large, there are a lot of people in the hotel, but no queues at the restaurant. Despite the fact that it is winter, there are many food outlets open outside. Freshly squeezed juice can be drunk not only for breakfast, but also throughout the day. There is a pastry shop, a chocolate bar. Food for every taste. Of course, the price is not small, but it's the New Year. If there is an opportunity, I will come back here again!

The hotel is on solid 4!
The food is varied, but without frills, as in other good fives. The location is good, which is a plus.
Cleaning for 4, and the cleanliness of the dishes in the restaurant leaves much to be desired.
The hotel itself is quite dead, this is a minus. On the last day of rest in the room, the door sill came off and stuck in my leg, they barely stopped the blood, I thought I would not fly away. The staff apologized, the threshold was quickly glued. I definitely don't want to play it again. And in this price segment there are more interesting options nearby.

Starting from the reception....the staff is very friendly. We arrived early in the morning. They settled in right away. The room stock was depleted, but everything was quickly eliminated. Very nice kitchen! It was ALL (ah, yes.. there were no oysters, black caviar, or red caviar). Crazy desserts. Fondue. Honey in the honeycomb. The fruits are different (several varieties of apples, pears, oranges, tangerines, kiwis, bananas, pomegranates, etc.) according to the season. We had a rest in January. We were lucky with the weather. We also swam in the sea. 2 heated swimming pools, aqua aerobics, beach volleyball, animation for children, a nightclub for adults on site. Evening concerts, board games, ping pong, etc.

We are currently staying at this hotel. I really like everything. Amazingly responsive and customer-oriented staff. The food, room service and waiter work in the restaurant and bars are at a high level. Kamal is a very positive, smiling and attentive young man, if I heard his name correctly)) He works at the pool bar and in the lobby. We will definitely come back again!

Hello, everyone. We went to Troy in September 2024. Everything is included, everything is paid for. Breakfasts, lunches, dinners were piled up, tables were laid down, but in the last 3 days I personally ate only fruits and broth. The granddaughter, of course, broke away on cakes, pies and ice cream. Russian Russians didn't make me feel any anger or oppression towards my family or myself, everyone is polite, considerate and even speaks Russian. There are a lot of Germans, Arabs and British, few Russians. Everything is perfectly organized, brought /taken away - everything is on time. For children, there is a lunopark with various attractions, aquamarine is just cool. The hotel is 5 stars, but something and something was enough for me. It's expensive, but we don't regret it. Thanks to the staff, we changed the bed every day, cleaning, a full refrigerator.

I'm in this place right now! I want to dispel the myths of previous reviews about a cool hotel! No one greets you upon arrival - they don't pour champagne), they don't even offer water (((( there is a table with these goodies - but it still needs to be found. I 've been checking in since the third time . Well, okay.... There 's trouble with guides . They practically don't happen here. because there are very few Russians. The guide did not come to the meeting, and only after the complaint did they write to me and the meeting took place. No one explains anything - I went and looked for myself , where and what . The reception staff is not Russian-oriented. I don 't know what restaurants are on site , what sports events are taking place . It 's a horror ( we 're abandoned here . Never set foot in this hotel again . There is an 18+ restaurant where it is possible to eat without children's screams and so on. I was unpleasantly surprised - when I sat down at a table and the waiter kicked me out, saying that I was alone, and the table was for 6 people and like I was taking up a lot of space (it was very unpleasant to the point of tears), I went to another room. The transfer from the hotel is underway (you need to warn in advance) - but it goes and drops you off in the center of Antalya, far from the shopping center (keep in mind !!!) beach bags and purses are given out in a room next to a heated pool (no one told me about this, I found out myself at the end of the trip). The cocktails at the bar were like that - Bellini was in a 50-50 plastic glass with peach juice and champagne ( the view is not very good, I 'll tell you ) . I saw that there are cocktails in the glass (I didn't dare try it). I know that reviews about this hotel are written under the supervision of good reviews when bags are given out. I think the reviews are hyped and the hotel is not worth the money .

We are currently resting at this hotel. From 13.09 to 09/20/2024. Overall, a good hotel. For holidays with children. We were already in the Dolphin, but in another one.
At this hotel, it became clear that the concept was completely outdated for 2024.
1. Room stock. Everything is very old. The rooms are in need of renovation. From 2024 you will get to 2006 in the Gypsy Baroque style.
2. There is a lot of food. As well as people. In general, it's not bad, but my 6-year-old child and I are sitting with a light bowel. Because everything is dirty around. The staff can not cope with the flow, everything is very carelessly done. For some reason, I don't want to eat on day 3 anymore.
Sitting in a coffee shop, we watched the nausea of a 4-year-old child, well, parents understand that all this is already in the pool and everywhere around the hotel.
This is the first time we have encountered such a thing, fortunately.
The hotel is definitely not worth the declared money, given that the year is 2024 and there are many competitors with the a la carte system. A ton of food, which is absolutely not all delicious.
The potatoes are overcooked, the fish is dry and you can go further down the list.
You get into the atmosphere of 2006.
I won't even consider it anymore.

I also did not understand why wine could be brought to me for dinner in the main restaurant for free, but in the ala-kart restaurant the same wine is already paid. Of the snacks, only corn chips (churos) and peanuts with chickpeas are brought to beer, there are no potato chips, as well as a normal nut mixture. The Jacuzzi is not heated, it is cold. In general, it's not bad, but in the season for 500-600 thousand rubles for 2 adults + children, I would not go to it, there are better hotels for this price

We rested at the hotel according to the winter concept. We really liked it. Attentive staff, excellent cleaning, comfortable rooms. Great animation. There are 2 disadvantages for us-this is a very boring mini club according to the winter concept. It's just a room that kids aren't interested in. The second disadvantage is the penalty for the loss of a hotel bracelet of 100 euros! Are you serious? Everyone around has long gone away from the bracelet system, and here it is. And in winter we paid 6.5 per day, which is definitely worth the money!!! In Russia, hotels in the Krasnodar Territory, even in winter, cost 10-20 tons per day, but they still have to grow and grow to this level.

-Several bars, snacks, pastry shops, night meals. Imported alcohol, juices from boxes, there is vegetable milk. A large selection of homemade chocolate.
-main restaurant with a great selection of food and different seating areas.
14 types of meat, 8 types of fish, 15 types of side dishes, a bunch of snacks, homemade cheeses/sausages, vegetables, fruits, berries, nuts , 5 long tables with desserts, pastas, pizzas, a bunch of pastries, seafood…There were only lobsters, caviar and tropical fruits 😀 I have never seen such a choice of food anywhere else, although I have visited more than 30 5* hotels in Turkey ? and most importantly, it is delicious, and not just to "pile up more for the view"

If in November I would have given the hotel a solid 5, then in January 4 with a huge minus... we decided to take my grandmother to this hotel. Finally:the food was reduced by 2/3 and nothing tasty, as if they got into a budget 5*, the snack was removed, the coffee shop was combined with a chocolate maker. And this is despite the fact that there were more people than in November! It rained heavily for two days and the hotel is not ready for this at all: roofs, walls were flowing, water was pouring from the lamps in the lobby, buckets and carpets were placed everywhere... such rains are a frequent occurrence in winter, what is the problem to ensure safety?!

Gym. He's great. Good quality exercise equipment. Works from 7 a.m., treadmills, elliptical, various strength, dumbbells, barbells, pears.
Everything on the beach is conveniently equipped, there are wild boars, there is a relaxation zone and there is an 18+ zone. The entrance is sand and a small strip of small pebbles at the entrance to the sea.
